Tommy's POV

We were headed through the Nether, when I heard a sound from behind me that made me scared. Some creature screeching.

"Ghast!" Tubbo yelled, grabbing my hand, and running. Ranboo ran beside of us. I saw a flash of fire from beside of us, along with a shake of the ground. "Ha! Fucking loser! Your aim is dog water!" Tubbo laughed, flipping off the large, white octopus looking thing that followed.

I wheezed from his words, struggling to run, as did Ranboo.

We eventually made it to the portal and hurried through, still laughing. We continued to run even though the thing couldn't follow us. Tubbo had let go of me and I ran slightly ahead of the two. I rested my hand on my head, keeping the hood from falling as I ran. I was watching the two, not looking at where I was going.

"Be careful, running in the middle of the street like that!" Tubbo yelled, as he and Ranboo were on the sidewalk, and I, well, wasn't.

"Tommy, watch out!" Ranboo yelled. Less than a second later, a felt myself run into someone, and I fell backwards onto my ass.

"I'm- I'm so sorry, uh-" I looked up at the person, "sir!" I finished. I reached up, feeling my hood was no longer over my head. They guy looked at me with shocked eyes. "You're...human." He said.

I quickly stood up, flipping the hood back over my head, and backing up some. I looked around. People pointed and whispered. I looked over at Tubbo and Ranboo who stood there, not knowing what to do.

I looked up at the tall man in front of me. I gazed into his eyes, and saw my father. His eyes looked like my fathers.

We both stood speechless, looking into each other's eyes.

I quickly ran past him, down the street.

"Tommy, wait!" Tubbo yelled after me. I didn't wait. I just ran, hands over my ears so I couldn't get distracted by Tubbo and Ranboo's shouts.

I ran down the stone path, through the narrow path, towards Phil's house. I arrived and ran up onto the porch, my shaking hands struggling to open the door.

"Tommy, it's ok!" Tubbo said from almost directly behind me. I didn't realize the two were so close. "Here, let me." He said, opening the door.

I quickly went in, almost collapsing from my burning legs.

"Woah, where's the fire, boys?" Phil asked, noticing how out of breath we were. Tubbo spoke quickly, "W-Well, there was a ghast, so we were running and I said something silly, so we were laughing and not paying attention to where we were running and Tommy bumped into someone and his hood fell and literally everyone saw him and then he kinda got really scared and ran off back here." He said.

I looked over, seeing that Nikki and Quackity were still here, and Wilbur and Techno were now in the room.

"Ok, main question; is anyone hurt?" Phil asked. Such a dad. "No, we aren't. Or, I'm not. Tommy fell pretty hard on his ass so I don't know about him." Tubbo said. "Are you hurt, Tommy?" Phil asked. I shook my head. "Ok, that's good." He thought for a moment.

"Who did he bump in to?" Techno asked. Tubbo and Ranboo looked at each other. "Dream." They said in unison. Tubbo was telling me about Dream.

"Ah, bad first impression with someone like Dream." Wilbur hissed through his teeth. "He's not mean, Wil, he's just troubled." Techno replied. "More like a trouble maker." Wilbur rolled his eyes.

I raised an eyebrow, confused.

"Troubled as in, having a troubled life that makes him sort of an angry person. He and Wilbur just don't really like each other though." Tubbo whispered, just loud enough for me, and maybe Ranboo, to hear. "Ah, I see." I quietly replied.

"So, everyone knows that there's a human living here now?" Nikki asked. I nodded. "You'll be ok, Tommy! I'm sure they'll accept you like they did Dream!" She said. I lightly smiled.

"Thanks."
