pretty girl with a gangsterrr

================================================================================

Fezco was sitting in his lawn chair under the small roof of the gas station smoking a blunt, Polo G playing quietly on his speaker, when suddenly, he saw a girl jogging towards him. She slowed her jog into a walk and approached him.

What is this bitch doin right now?

He saw Theresa take her airpods out of her ears and walk towards him, wiping sweat off her forehead.

"Yo weirdo did you really just run here right now?" he asked.

She smiled, catching her breath.

"I was just going for a little jog, but I really wanted to talk to you" she said.

"Suppose we could talk for a min," Fez said quietly. They both got up and walked into the gas station. Fezco sat on the glass counter, ashing his blunt on the tray next to him. "Look, I don really know why you here right now".

He could tell Theresa's feelings were hurt. He felt like an asshole, like he was playing hard to get or something, but the truth was that he wanted to protect her. He was a drug dealer. The last time they dated, things got ugly.

"Let's just cut the bullshit Fez," she said. "I miss you so fucking much. I don't want any other dude besides you. I wish we could just go back to how things used to be. Don't you feel that way too?"

Fezco sighed. "T, I want that more than anything. But I don't want something bad to happen to you cuz of me. You know we be living two different lives. Last time we were together I put you in danger. I don't wanna do that shit ever again. Had me so fucking scared."

"But you're okay with fucking around with other girls? Like who was that blonde girl at that party last week?"

"She's just some girl that buys from me. She's easy, she accustomed to the life I live. You a good girl, I don't want my shit to get in the way of your life."

Theresa rolled her eyes. "Fezco," she said. "I have known you for years. I knew you when you first began selling. There's no one more accustomed to your life than me."

Fezco knew it was true. They had damn near grown up together since childhood. She knew him better than anyone else. She knew his deepest secrets, everything from his past. He was so in love with her.

"Maybe we can figure it out," he said quietly.

Theresa grinned, her heart doing flips of excitement. She continued to grin stupidly as she reached into the gas station cooler for a water bottle. Suddenly, she heard a car pull up to the station. She peeked over the aisle to see a white truck park in the parking lot. Through the glare of the bright sun she saw two male figures exit the truck.

oh fuck. nate jacobs and cody odin. dear God, why was there only one plug for the entire town, and why did it have to be the guy I like?

Of course Cody would come to the gas station at the world's most inconvenient time when Theresa and Fez were starting to work things out. Not to mention he brought Nate, who was currently going through something with Maddie, and had been in a pissy mood. Nate stayed leaning up against the truck, calling someone on the phone. He seemed to be arguing. Theresa figured he must be talking to Maddy.

Theresa wanted to run, to hide, to do anything but be standing there. Yet it was all she could do.

"Aye Theresa!" she heard Cody shout as he approached the gas station. He walked up to her and slid her arm around her waist. Fezco's face quickly turned to a scary mix of both confusion and anger.

"Hey Cody," she said quietly, slowly trying to move away from his arm. This was so fucking awkward. They had sex not even 3 days ago.

Cody looked over at Fez and gave him a cocky grin like he was showing Theresa off. Little did he know....

"What are you doing here Theresa?" Cody asked her. Theresa glanced at Fez nervously.

Why the fuck he grabbing up on Theresa like that?

"Just was on a run, and came to get some water and talk to Fezco."

Fez didn't move or say a word. He just stared at Cody with anger. Theresa was blushing deep red with anxiety and shame.

"Hey man, I remember you from the party! I'm just grabbing something for my boy, can I get an eighth?" Cody asked.

Fezco took another hit of his blunt. "Yeah man, go in the back."

Cody let go of Theresa's waist and went into the back room where Ashtray was.

"Now what was that kids name again?" Fez asked nonchalantly.

Theresa looked down at the ground, feeling embarrassed. "Look I was only hanging out with him because you kept rejecting me Fez. You had a whole ass girl on your lap at that party."

Fezco shook his head in distaste. "That girl means nothin to me. But I don want your hoes showin up here like that."

Theresa rolled her eyes. "I didn't know he would come here today. Obviously if I knew that, I wouldn't be here. He doesn't mean anything to me either. Honestly, after you rejected me, I was drunk and just wanted to make you jealous.

Fezco took a long hit from his blunt. "You on that immature shit, T. You never used to be like that."

Suddenly, Cody appeared from inside the gas station, putting his eighth of weed into his backpack.

"Thanks again man," Cody said to Fezco. Fez nodded, and didn't say a word. Theresa could tell he was pissed.

"I'll hit you up later Theresa," Cody said, grabbing her butt.

Fez's eyes turned to rage.

"Yo don't grab her ass like that in front of me dog," he said calmly, but with anger.

Cody looked confused, and turned to face Fez.

"I'm sorry, is there something I'm missing here?" Cody asked, looking at both Fez and Theresa. "I'm allowed to touch the girl I've been fucking."

Fez stood up and squared up with Cody. "Don't come around here no more, if you know whats good for you."

Cody stared at Fez, their faces inches apart from each other. Theresa stood there in horror, tears welling up in her eyes. She had never felt more embarrassed in her entire life.

"I'll see you at school, Theresa," Cody said, walking away into the hazy parking lot towards Nate's truck.

Both Fez and Theresa were silent for a moment after Cody left.

"So ya'll been fucking," Fez said. He sounded nonchalant, but deep down he was hurt.

"It was one time Fez," Theresa pleaded, tears streaming down her face. "I'm so sorry he even said that, he was so out of line. I don't have any feelings for the kid."

"I think you better go home T," Fez said.

Theresa nodded, wiping a tear off of her cheek. She couldn't believe what had just happened. She came to see Fez to reconcile with him, to tell him how much he meant to her. But everything was ruined.
