About a year passed since the whole conspiracy happened. I convinced Chaos to permanently station me at Camp Half Blood for the year so that I could take care of Thalia. This was the best time for me to act like a brother. Also, the fact that that Hariharan Sivakumar was visiting Lord Chaos more often. That was seriously getting onto my nerves.

I already had a heated discussion with Chaos about it. I asked him why he was allowed to come. That idiot was the one who raped my sister.! This was a crime worthy of death even in the Chaos Planet. But Chaos was adamant that Hari had an Alibi. And I was also a witness to that Alibi.

Maybe it was my stubbornness and the shock that my sister was raped. Maybe I was so angry that I wanted to vent it out on Hariharan Sivakumar, who was not yet proven guilty of the charges. The last one year had been an emotional rollercoaster for me and Thalia. I temporarily let Luke be the commander so that I could focus on Thalia. She was my number one priority. No doubt. Also, being the king of gods is tiring.

I still remember the day she regained consciousness in Apollo's infirmary.....

*FLASHBACK STARTS*

It had been two days since Thali was found raped. Hari had vowed to find the culprit while I was skeptical of him. I was outside Apollo's infirmary, waiting for the moment Thalia opened her eyes.

"Arty! Jason!! Thalia has woken up!", Apollo shouted and I swiftly reached her. Artemis flashed beside her in an instant. Thalia looked broken, her scars covering her whole face and body. Apollo looked relieved but sad and angry. Slowly, she opened her eyes.

I teared up. I slowly went near her and hugged her. She flinched, shocking me. "Thalia.", I whispered. "It is Jason. Your younger brother."

"J-Jason?", she asked, barely a whisper. I nodded and a tear fell from her eyes. Her electric blue eyes were devoid of the spark always associated with her. She looked broken. Hurt. Scarred.

"My Lady!", she sobbed as she saw Artemis beside her. She was tired, but her silent sobs conveyed more emotions than ever.

"I am defiled!! I feel dirty and violated! That! Tha—", she could not speak further. Tears started to fall freely from her. The first time I saw Thalia cry. I was shocked. Even Artemis and Apollo were shocked. Maybe it was their first-time seeing Thalia cry. Be vulnerable and weak. I couldn't bear to see her like that.

"I can never serve you now my lady! I lost my purpose. Please kill me.", she whispered barely. Artemis cupped her cheek and wiped out the tears. She looked like a distraught mother on looking at Thalia's plight.

"Thalia! You were my best Lieutenant after Zoe. You do not cease being a hunter. You were raped. You did not lose your virginity willingly nor fell in love with a man. You were violated, as you said. As the goddess of Virginity, I will restore yours. You will still be a hunter.", she said and kissed her forehead. I kept on holding her hand for assurance.

"I am sorry.", she whispered again. Artemis shook her head. "There is no need to be sorry.", she whispered.

"What happened to him?", she asked, a little bit of anger entering her tired eyes. I looked at Apollo and gulped. How can we say that?

"Rest. My lieutenant. Rest. I will tell when you are ready.", she said softly but in a tone that left no room for questioning. Thalia barely nodded before passing out due to exhaustion. Artemis flashed out, possibly going to her hunters.

"Apollo. How long can we hide this confusion? I bet Thalia would not believe in Hari having an Alibi. Are you sure he was not lying?", I pry again.

"Yes. My brother. I am absolutely sure. He was not lying. He looks innocent to me. But until evidence is available, this is a stalemate. And surprising considering you were with him!", Apollo asked with an eyebrow raised.
