To my surprise Bailey attended school. Since it was so close to the end of the year and in Atlanta she had already graduated, she was just here to see us. She was different as I keep saying. She walked with an attitude and looked down every time.

"Uh Mr. Henry?" I shuffle to his desk and stared at the face that betrayed me and my mother. "Oh hi. What's in your mind Bella?"

"Hum I was told you had a scholarship form for me." He nodded and pulled it out from his drawer. "I'm so proud of you Isabella. I've known you since you were little and I'm so proud I'll see you graduate. I'm so very glad to give you this." He handed me a thick white envelope and and nearly cried at his words. I remember him teaching me sit ups and jumping jacks and now he's handing me my future.

After school o wanted to talk to Bailey before heading out to go Shopping. The girls all understood and waited in the car for me. "Uhm hey." I said to her as she sat on the schools bench. "Hey B. Did you miss me?" She had a cigarette in her hand and looked like she'd been crying.

"I um, I did for a little bit." She chuckled and glanced at me. "I could say the same about you you know?"

"Bailey why did you come back?" She threw her lit cigarette into the grass and put it out with her foot. "To escape."

"Escape from what, I don't understand?"

"You really have no clue what happened to me out there do you?" I shook my head and she gulped. "My Uhm, my dad had a party. It was the month after you had stopped calling. My dad had just lost his girlfriend and he was going through tough times. a really tough time. And uh at the party I wore a really revealing dress because I heard, Marcus, I guy I'd like, I heard he was coming over with his dad

But my dad wasn't having a party. He only invited two men and they weren't his friends, they were done dudes from the strip club."

"Oh God." I covered my mouth with my hand and choked up for her. "Yea Uhm they made me strip, they Uhm strapped me to the table-"

"I don't wanna hear anymore!"

"No listen, they took off all my clothes as I screamed. I screamed for you Bella. I wanted you to come back and help me. But they didn't stop. They, they licked me everywhere and when they were done raping me, they gave me to my dad, completely naked. I was so scared, I thought he was gonna kill me, but he forced me to have sex with him and pretty soon we'd be having sex every day and I liked it. I liked the feeling of him-"

"Oh my God Bailey!" I screamed, tears strolled down both of our eyes, creating tension between both of us. "Yea, and then one day I told him no. It wasn't right and he hit me. Over and over again until those two guys came back and finished the job. I have been raped, beat, forced to strip for elderly men, I've been touched and still you- you have this perfect life. You have Marshall and Cory wrapped around your finger and you have two parents who love you. You know what else? You freaking even have your virginity in tact. You're like this little modest mouse and no one even cares that you're slowly leaving them."

I was now sobbing, I couldn't take all of this not today, not ever. "So you ask why I came back? I came back to ruin you." I leaped up from my seat on the bench and slapped her so hard it turned my hand red. "Screw you! If you ever say some shit like that again to me I'll make you wish you stayed in Atlanta and kept fucking you dad!" I screamed at her. She had the nerve to tell me she was going to ruin my life? I walked away from her to the car and me and the girls drive to the store.

At the end of the day I ended up buying my dress, makeup, heels, and my dress for graduation the day after. I was so sad that everything was moving away so fast. It seemed like yesterday I had met these people. My dad used to always tell me stories about growing up and it wasn't until now that I actual understood them.

If my mom was here shed be so proud of me. She'd probably another me with kisses and I couldn't help but cry. I sat in my room looking at her one day when she was still here and out of no where she just called me beautiful. It was times like that when I needed her, times like that, that changed my course of life from dull and lifeless to vibrant and memory filled.
