I was in a bush in thunderclan territory. I had set the trap for Dovepaw earlier today. I was right where the border with shadowclan was.
I only hope it works.
Soon, there was a shadowclan patrol. In the lead was Ratscar. Fallowing close behind was; Tigerheart, Oakfur and his apprentice, Ferretpaw.
Perfect!
They stoped and stared at what was in front of their paws.
A rat and a frog.
I had went secretly hunting on ShadowClan territory, then brought the rat and frog I had caught and placed it there. I went and grabbed a pice of Dovepaw fur from her bedding in camp. I had placed it on the frog, then tore apart the rat, leaving pieces of it in a trail in ShadowClans territory. I had tore open a little bit of the frog as well, but hadn't spread it anywhere though. Now, because of the pice of Dovepaw's fur, they would think that she did it!
All the cats on the patrol sniffed the fur, then looked at one another and said at the same time;
"Dovepaw."
"Why would she hunt from our territory, then leave it here?" Oakfur asked.
"She has always been a good cat." Ferretpaw stated.
"Seamed like one." Oakfur responded.
"I guess you can never really know a cat." Tigerheart said.
"We need to inform her leader." Ratscar said.
"Agreed." Tigerheart agreed.
The other two nodded.
They started to head towards the camp.
"We aren't going to wait for a patrol?" Oakfur asked Ratscar.
"No, we can just head to their camp, we have good reason. If we run into a patrol on our way their, then we'll explain to them why we're here, and ask to speak to Firestar."
Ivypaw felt this sensation on happiness in her heart.
She was happy that the plan had worked, and that Dovepaw was going to get into trouble. In fact, she was enjoying it.
