Chapter 21: Do You Like Dancing?

Y/N POV:

I sat in a bed at the Piltover hospital, to my knowledge the girls still don't know I'm back yet. Looking around the room, I saw my right leg perched up a bit and seen the machines next me. Continuing the look around the room, the lights looked like normal 1980 hospital lights and the tv was a very old one, seems a world renown hospital doesn't get much support tech wise.

I lifted my leg off the holster and moved to get off the bed. Planting my feet on the ground again, I got up  and walked to the door. While grabbing the door handle, I heard a familiar voice. Then as I opened the door, I seen a woman standing there with long purple flowing hair, her shirt was a woman's office shirt and she had a suit over that.

???: Y/N, you're back.

Me: Yea, I am Kai'sa darling.

I said as she wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tightly.

Kai'sa: Wait til the others find out you're here.

Me: Yeaaaa...

It was at that moment, Kai'sa pulled back from the hug and seen my injured leg. She gasped and then her eyes met mine again. However, her face this time wasn't happy, she was more trying to force a smile but clearly angered.

Kai'sa: Honey?

Me: Yes?

Kai'sa: How'd that happen?

Me: Plasma burn mark. Cauterized it to stop the bleeding.

Her expression turned to one of sadness.

Me: H-Hey, I'm alright tho, you don—

Kai'sa: We thought we might've never seen you again after what Ahri told us what she heard over the phone.

Me: Covenant jammed our signal and waited out a partial surprise attack, but we were faster on the attack.

Kai'sa stood and said nothing until she looked down at my leg again.

Kai'sa: Hang on one second babe.

She started to walk away to go find someone I assume so I just went back to the bed. Looking at the ceiling, my mind wandered to images of Ahri and the girls.

Me: Oh shit, how am I gonna explain the phone call to Ahri?

Looking out of the window from the bed, I seen a mountain range on the horizon overlooking a giant lake and then the city before me. A few minutes later, I heard another familiar voice.

???: How bad was it?

Kai'sa: We'll the burn looked kinda healed, but they gotta do surgery on it as it hasn't been time for the surgery yet.

???: Screw that, I'm giving him my own surgery.

Kai'sa: But you can't use that recovery potion, that alchemist only made 7 of them in total for us.

Kai'sa's voice was now entering the doorway as I saw her standing behind a woman with blonde hair and 9 tails, and she had a smile that would make me run for the hills.

Me: H-Hey Ahri....

Ahri: Don't hey Ahri me, first of all, do you know worried I was when you hung up during that firefight? Second, I'm giving you this.

She walked up to me and seen my burn mark on my leg. I looked back up at her and she had a death glare that could rival Evelynn.

Ahri: Drink. It.

Me: Yes ma'am.

I took the container of red liquid from Ahri, and had brought it to my lips. I sniffed the elixir and it smelled metallic. I pulled it away from my mouth. Ahri saw this as a sign of defiance and grabbed it from me, however, she drunk a gulp and then kissed me. I felt a strawberry flavored drink hit my tongue as she gave me the rest of it. Once I swallowed, she pulled away and I saw my injury start to fade until it looked to showed my bare skin and looked like I was never hurt.
