It happened suddenly!

Chapter 36: Flooding emotions!

Melike was very happy, actually, she was on cloud nine! And why won't she be?, Afterall Reyhan was arriving after her 3 days long hospital stay. Even Nigar was happy for Reyhan. Though she tried to mask it up behind her straight face but Melike knew what's going in her heart! Both happily prepared Emir's room.

Melike put on Reyhan's favourite color bedsheet and curtains while Nigar decorated the room with her favourite flowers. They both were having gala time there. As they were giggling and laughing, their sound echoed in the whole mansion, earing a irritation from Cavidan.

Cavidan was not at all happy with the news of Reyhan's arrival. She was searching for some reasons to ban her entry in the mansion but failed. She even thought to call Cemre and ask for some way out but knowing how angry she might get, Cavidan dropped that idea! Pacing to and fro in her room, measuring the whole length and breadth, she finally huffed angrily!

"This is it now!"

"They are getting on my nerves!"

"I wonder who do they serve? Me or that Reyhan?"

"It's high time now, I need to teach them some lesson for their disloyalty!"

Thinking so, she angrily marched towards Emir's room where the two household helpers were having their gala time. She pushed open the door with a strong force and shouted at the top of her voice.

Cavidan: (furiously) Are we living in some fish market?

Melike and Nigar stopped doing their works and froze at their place as soon as they heard her shouting. Nigar and Melike glanced at each other before fixing their eyes on an angry Cavidan.

Seeing an angry Cavidan was nothing new for them but what made them puzzle was her question!

They stared at her all puzzled, as if they don't even know what on earth fish market looks like! Their silence irked Cavidan so much. She rolled her eyes angrily and again asked.

Cavidan: Are we living in some fish market? Or you guys trying to make one here!

Melike and Nigar without wasting any more time nodded their head left and right in unison.

Cavidan: (again furiously) Then stop making noise unnecessarily. (Watching every nook and corner of the room) And why are you decorating it? Don't you know Emir doesn't likes it.

Melike: (interrupting her, slowly) But Reyhan likes it...

Reyhan's name was enough to trigger Cavidan again. She roared again.

Cavidan: (gritting her teeth angrily) And who is she? Some celebrity? (Exhaling in a deep sigh)  That good for nothing girl is coming to cast yet another bad omen on us and you guys are celebrating for it! Don't you know what she did previously? Don't you know how she broke Emir's heart, cheated on his back and got pregnant by her lover! God...!! How could you forget about her past and welcome her whole heartedly? If it was not for Emir and Hikmet, I wouldn't have allowed her here again.  (She huffed annoyingly) Wrap the whole crap up, I want a pin drop silence!

Saying so, she went out while Melike and Nigar couldn't help but exchanged their glances again. They didn't removed previous decoration but didn't even tried to add more. They simply cleaned the remaining room and moved away.

Though they were happy for her arrival but they felt sad too on remembering what all Emir went through during those days when she parted her ways from him. They prayed to God, the whole time, to bring back his lost happiness back and God answered it by erasing Reyhan's past memories and bringing her back in his life. But wounds of past won't heal that easily and they silently prayed again for Emir to forget the past and give their relationship yet another chance!

Reyhan kept her right feet inside mansion first, syncing it with Emir, who also kept his right leg first inside the mansion. Melike, Nigar, Suna and Zafer smiled at them while Cavidan gave her a cold look. She didn't even waited to say hello to Reyhan and walked away towards her room as soon as Reyhan entered inside. Reyhan smiled sadly on her behaviour but didn't voiced it out. She had a little chit chat with the ladies present there and followed Emir till their room.

Emir opened the door for her and gave her way to move inside like a gentleman. Reyhan blushed a little and move inside only to stay rooted at her place. The view inside the room was amazing! It was way more beautifully decorated than their wedding night. She stared at it in awe and Emir, who was right behind her, was equally amazed too!

"Indeed! Melike and Nigar did a fabulous job!"

He praised them in his thoughts and glanced over Reyhan who was busy in admiring it all! Her duo like eyes were wide open in amazement! Her lips were parted and cheeks were having her natural pink hue, as if they were glowing. She was watching the whole room as if a kid is watching an open sky filled with stars.

Leaving the room, Emir stared at her adorably.

Though Reyhan was fully occupied by their work, she didn't fail to notice someone was staring just at her! She turned her head a little to see him. Him!... her Emir was staring at her longingly through his void eyes. His eyes were empty, deprived of something which he needed the most!

She could see love, void, happiness, sadness, longingness, thirst, emptiness and what not! She could see everything there. It was there... His eyes showed everything!

Emir was longingly staring at her as he was still unsure about their current relationship status. He was not sure how long it will take for Reyhan to remember their past all over again. He was not sure if he could have her, beside him, forever. Though he told everyone that he is moving in again with Reyhan to start afresh but his little heart was still anxious for the future. What if Reyhan suddenly remember everything tomorrow and loathes him again?! No... He can't just face it!

A tear was ready to escape through the corner of his eyes but he turned his head in the nick time before making it obvious to her. He turned around and went straight to the washroom, telling Reyhan to change in the room itself and sleep.

Later that night,
Reyhan slowly settled herself on the corner of the bed while feeling sleepy. She was waiting for Emir since 3 hours but he didn't showed up. She even went out in search of him and found him at the poolside talking over phone. She waved her hand at him and in return he gestured her to sleep while pointing towards his wrist watch to show her the current time.

Though Reyhan felt her eyes getting heavy under the effect of drugs, she still tried to keep her eyes open for him. But soon, the medicines hit her nerves hard and she fell into deep slumber.
