Last night was rough for Eloise, to say at least.

The entire night she heard a voice whispering in her ear, making her skin crawl.

Paolo saw in what state Eloise was and absolutely refused to let her help with anything in the bar. The goblin pushed her outside with his broom, not wanting to hear anything excuse she might have.

"You are a teenager girl, go get arrested for something." Paolo would say to get Eloise out of the bar.

After she was basically kicked from her home, Eloise started walking down the street. It was quite empty with not so many people walking around.

That gave the girl a slight feeling of relief. The voice have stopped, though it ate her alive that she did not know why she started hearing it, therefore even more confused with the fact that it disappeared after a day of torturing her.

She wondered if there was only a handful of people around this time, how dangerous would be if she tried to sneak Fahran out?

Eloise knew that a dragon couldn't exactly sneak into the skies without being seen, but Fahran was already seen by people, they know there's a dragon hiding on Coruscant with a lost princess riding it.

Why would it be such an issue? Before people would even notice where he came from, he and Eloise would be way up in the skies.

The little witch was determined to go through with her plan, it wasn't just Eloise that was suffering. Eloise and Fahran, her child, have such a deep connection, Eloise knew Fahran felt was she felt for the past few weeks of nothing but days filled with grief.

Sometimes, she could hear his little groans in pain when she was feeling sad, hearing Fahran in pain only brought her more pain to her tainted heart.

Eloise turned around and walked towards her home to get her dragon.

She felt something behind her, the same feeling she got when that terrible shadow keep popping out of nowhere to terrorize her.

Yet when she turned around she was met with nothing, just some angry couple that was yelling at her to move from the middle of the street.

Eloise walked a few steps until she felt some tickle her shoulder. Out of instinct she threw an energy ball, after the strong blue light disappeared, she was met only with an angry shop-owner that was yelling at her in a language she didn't understand.

"I am so sorry sir, I thought-" She tried to apologize but the man kept yelling and screaming at her, Eloise was murmuring useless apologies but they fell on deaf ears.

Behind her Anakin came and started to talk to the man in whatever language he was speaking. Anakin finally slipped Eloise away from that place with ease.

People around this planet were intimated by Jedi, no matter if it was a Padawan or a Jedi Master. And Eloise was so thankful to call Anakin her friend in times like this.

"That is a time when having a Jedi friend helps." Eloise hugs Anakin, slightly leaning over his soft robe.

That is when it clicked in her mind.

I forgot to give him his robe from the other night.

"Shit, I completely forgot to bring you back your robe. I'll bring it-" Eloise pulled away, making Anakin frown a bit but his smile returned when he saw how beautiful she looked all worried for such a simple thing like a robe that he had other hundreds of them.

"You don't have to, it looks much better on you. I have others, as you can see. I truly do not need it, but you seem you need it."

Eloise mouth falls open and she's quick to defend herself, "I was fine with my coat, but you had to make yourself look like a gentleman."

He chuckles in a low voice, it made Eloise blush without her realizing what effect that chuckle actually had on her.

They were staring at each other at this point, both of them didn't want to move. Anakin had his hands wrapped around her shoulders and Eloise had hers around his torso. The height difference clearly visible.

Everything came crushing down when she felt something behind her, she ripped her glaze and arms from Anakin and turned around.

It shouldn't even surprise her that all was behind her was wall with absolutely no one near it.

"I should go, Paolo needs me and-" She takes a deep breath, feeling suddenly nervous to be around the pretty boy.

A small sound was heard from the young Padawan's pocket, it was time to go back to the Jedi temple.

"I have to run back to the temple too, be safe and don't throw any magic around."  He joked and Eloise smacked him in the chest.

"It's alright I'll have you, rat-tail boy to come and save me." The girl dramatically gestures, Anakin looks at her in disbelief in what she was saying.

"It's not a rat-tail! It's an honorable-"

"If you have to explain yourself, it's a rat-tail." Eloise screamed after him while walking away from him with a big grin on her lips.

The talk with Anakin did make her feel better. It made lose herself, even for a small moment, but it did. Yet that didn't stop Eloise to sneak where Fahran was sleeping.

Eloise wasn't going to ride Fahran because she needed it, Fahran did. He's a dragon, a large dragon, he should be flying into the skies with his mother on his back.
"Hello my dearest boy, do you want to feel good?"

She'll never forget the goose bumps she got when Fahran used all his power to get out of their house without drawing too much attention, he flew for a split second above some houses but the people were too amazed with his beauty to care where he came from.

The sounds of Coruscant started to fade away, so Eloise's anxiety. The loud sounds that invaded her thoughts all these years were fading away. The wind on her face, the feeling of her child beneath her, who also was feeling so good in the sky, finally made her feel at peace.

After her brother's death, the shadow, the voice, his grave and how the shadow following her. Eloise came to peace with her mind.

Until the thoughts of the shadow and voice started to haunt her, even in these breath-taking moments.

The first time she ever saw that shadow, all Eloise could make out of it was the messy black curls.

The first she heard the voice, it was a sweet voice, one that made her remember of Alstoria. A voice that was so familiar.

The voice brought her some sort of comfort, closure.

Now, this morning when she felt something taping her shoulder, it brought her a flashback that Eloise thought her mind long forgotten about it.

Eloise was reading a book about the mighty dragons of Alstoria in the garden of the castle. It was one of the very few places where she could live without a guard watching her every move.

She was so caught up in her reading that she didn't hear the steps that belonged to one of the maid's boys. Her best friend.

Griffin slightly tapped her shoulder, making her jump and turn in fear. Only to be greeted with his sweet smile.

Eloise's body relaxed in an instant after seeing his face.

"You are quite caught up in your reading. May I?" He offered his hand to be handed the book that the princess was reading, obviously, the girl gave the boy her book.

He lay beneath the tree, he looked at her with awe in his eyes. She understood what he meant and sat her head in his lap.

Griffin started to read her all the magnificent battles that dragons won. In a soft voice, with a slight touch on her arms, that gave her butterflies, he read to her.

Eloise came back from her daydreaming, losing her balance on the great beast that was flying beneath her. The rider almost fell, but Fahran was quicker, he moved his direction so Eloise could bring balance back to her body.

It all made sense, why everything slightly related to this shadow was so familiar, yet so strange. Eloise never saw her best friends' body.
