Eloise felt disappointment in herself the most, she let her guard down and everything will go to shit.

It was a matter of days before Griffin reveals everything and her entire life will change. She didn't even know how it will change.

Is she going to take the throne or she will be killed by the heir her mother chose?

Anakin wasn't doing any better at the temple. Everyone was pressuring him to find the lost princess, especially the Queen.

There was the same guy that Eloise was fighting with, he was talking to Master Windu like they were old friends.

Anakin comes up to him and grabs him by the arm, "What are you doing here? What were you doing with Eloise last night?" He questions the curly haired boy who only smiles at him.

"I wonder how much you're going to care about Eloise after you find out." He whispers. More to himself than to Anakin. Anakin looks at him confused,

What the fuck did he mean?

Anakin fetched his holoprojector from his pocket to call Eloise. When she responded, she looked tired. "What?"

"Eloise come to the temple right now if you want to finish the business you had with the guy from last night." He explains and sees the eyes her eyes light up.

She said she'll be there as soon as possible and Anakin was keeping his eyes fixed on Griffin.

Obi-wan comes next to Anakin, "Who is that guy, Master?" The Padawan asks his master.

"Some lord from Alstoria, the Queen apparently sent him directly. I believe he found the princess." Obi-wan sees the sadness in Anakin's eyes when he realized he failed his mission.

"I'm sorry, Master. I should've done better-"

"Anakin, he's from Alstoria and supposedly was close to the princess. You had no leads, you did not fail in my eyes." Obi-wan reassures him.

The boy nods his head and looks around for Eloise. He saw how lost she was. Anakin quickly grabbed her hand and led her to Griffin.

"Lord Dimitrov, The queen has informed me that you found the lost princess?" Master Windu announces in the hall.

Eloise eyes go wide at Windu's words, Griffin looks behind him. He felt Eloise the moment she went past the guards. He grinned at her, walking closer to the Jedi master and whispering something.

The witch looks back at Anakin and she hugs him. He didn't hug her because of the shocking gesture.

"I hope you won't try to kill me after today." She whispers in his ear.

Anakin was confused by the whole situation. He didn't understand why Eloise and Griffin had anything to do with each other.

The poor boy was too in awe with Eloise to put the pieces together, the thought of her being the princess didn't even go through his head.

His care and affection has blinded him by the reality that was right in front of him.

Maybe a part of him knew, deep inside, but if that was the truth he could never spent time with Eloise. Probably his mind tried to save him from more pain by blocking that thought. He tried to buy more time for themselves.

Obi-wan sees his Padawan with the girl from the bar, he comes up to the two friends. How did she get past the guards of the temple?

"I am sorry, but know did you get past our guards." He questions Eloise, who pulled away from Anakin.
