[John Smith wrote a letter every single day to Pocahontas. He wrote a letter to her every single day that he was away from her. He was getting better and stronger as the days passed. More settlers were coming into Jamestown and the tensions between them and the Natives were still strong. Neither side thought of each other as enemies but they didn't think of each other as allies either. There were some exceptions like Thomas, Lon, Ben, the medic, and a couple more, but Pocahontas never gave up and Nakoma would help as well. Pocahontas had made a couple more animal friends and she ended up adopting them. It was a bobcat male cub, which she named Pounce, a female raccoon, which she named windbloossom, and who Meeko was immediately fond of, and a little female wolf cub that Pocahontas named River

When Pocahontas and John Rolfe met, they didn't exactly hit it off, and now a month had passed]
{With Pocahontas and the tribe}
[John Rolfe has asked Chief Powhatan to sail back with him to meet King James, but he questioned him asking why the king didn't sail back to see him since he was the one who wanted his lands. John Rolfe simply responded that was not the way things were done]
Native Member #1: Your people are monsters, they only want what belongs to us. They want to destroy our culture-
Pocahontas: Is that what they all desire? Or are there counted individuals who are different?
Native Member #1: You speak like them, maybe you should go and stay with them
John Rolfe: That's ridiculous, that isn't your place, we're talking about diplomacy, and frankly you can't handle a job like this
Pocahontas: What? Excuse me?
Nakoma: How dare you?
Pocahontas: Father, I will go
(Chief Powhatan sighs)
Chief Powhatan: Very well, my daughter
John Rolfe: But this is a most-
(Chief Powhatan glares at him and John Rolfe sighs)
John Rolfe: Nevermind
Chief Powhatan: Is there anything else?
John Rolfe: No, I suppose not
Chief Powhatan: Good
John Rolfe: I suggest we leave today, the tide and wind are extremely strong. That will make us travel even faster
Chief Powhatan: Very well
[Pocahontas hugs her father and Nakoma goodbye, Nakoma whispers something in Pocahontas' ear, they both shed tears, and Pocahontas walks off with John Rolfe, her animals, and a man from her tribe named Uttamatomakkin, who was her guard]
{With Pocahontas}
(She gets on the ship alongside all of her animals and the ship starts moving since it had been ready for a couple of minutes)
John Rolfe: Please tell me that those animals aren't coming with us?
Pocahontas: What's wrong with that?
John Rolfe: They have to stay back, you're bringing along a wolf, two raccoons, a bobcat, a dog, and a hummingbird
Pocahontas: First of all, they have names, second of all, they are all very well-behaved, and third of all, wherever I go, they go. They are not just my pets but my best friends
John Rolfe: They're wild animals, except the dog, and the hummingbird
Pocahontas: For your information, my wolf and bobcat, River and Pounce, are cubs, my raccoons, Meeko and Windbloosom are still quite young, so is my puppy, Percy, and so is my hummingbird, Flit. I know people who are more animals than animals themselves and my friends are coming with me, whether you like it or not
John Rolfe: Unbelievable
Pocahontas: I can say the same thing
John Rolfe: Ugh
(He walks away and Pocahontas turns around)
{With Nakoma}
(She had left the village and had gone down to Jamestown to look for someone in particular)
Nakoma: Thomas!
(Thomas stopped working and turned around)
Thomas: Hello, Nakoma!
(They run to each other and embrace making a lot of the settlers look at them. Nakoma and Thomas pulled away blushing)
Thomas: I've missed you
Nakoma: You saw me last week
Thomas: I know, I like seeing you every day, I'm very fond of you, Nakoma
(Nakoma blushes)
Nakoma: I'm fond of you too, Thomas, I need to tell you something important
Thomas: Let's go somewhere more private
Nakoma: Are you not busy?
Thomas: I can take a break
(They walk away together)
{In the woods}
Thomas: Ok, what is it?
<after the story>
Thomas: London is a huge city, Nakoma, there are a lot of people and some of them are kind and some of them are not
Nakoma: What do you think of John Rolfe?
Thomas: I don't really know him like that but he looks like a decent person
(Nakoma sighs)
Nakoma: Have you heard anything from John Smith?
Thomas: Nothing at all, I sent a letter to my sister, but it got sent back with the writing that she was no longer in that location, which makes me fear the worst for my friend, John, and my family. The other settlers also got their letters back with the same message and we haven't been able to go back to check it out. We've been so busy building our homes and our fort and villages
Nakoma: Pocahontas has been waiting for news about John Smith for a while now
Thomas: I know, and hopefully we'll all get something but I hope he isn't dead
Nakoma: That would destroy her heart and soul
Thomas: He's my best friend, I truly hope that he's alright
Nakoma: Me too, he's a good man
Thomas: That he is, I have to get back to work, but, Nakoma, may I see you again? Maybe more often, would that be possible?
Nakoma: Of course, I'd like that
(Thomas takes her hands and kisses them, which made her blush again, they turn away, and walk away from one another)
