Marcel's POV:

I drove as fast as I could, not really sure of where I was going. But, Margie said she had a feeling McKenna might be leaving. There was only one place I thought to look. The train station. I knew that was crazy, but it just seemed like the best option too look right now. I really hoped she hadn't tried to leave because I really needed to see her. I needed to run into her arms and feel her embrace. I wanted to be the shoulder she cried on. The one who was there for her even though she felt alone. The one to answer her phone calls in the middle of the night when she woke up in a panic. I love McKenna as much as it is humanly possible, I thought to myself.

I raced through almost 10 yellow lights before I arrived at the train station. I tried calling again, though I knew it had no use. McKenna turned off her phone. She was smart and she knew someone would come looking. I ran inside to the ticket booth and pulled up a picture of McKenna on Facebook asking each of the ticket sales person if they had sold her a ticket. I had finally found the one who sold her a ticket but he wouldn't release any information of where she went. I begged and begged and tried to explain how she needed someone to be with her right now, but he wouldn't budge. I gave up and decided to look at all the train that left within the last hour, though that was just a hunch. She could have left anytime this whole day.

After about 10 minutes, my gut told me Cambridge. McKenna once told me how Cambridge was one of her top Universities she wanted to attend. It was a long shot, but it was one I was willing to take. I called McKenna again leaving her a voicemail saying I was on my way to Cambridge.

McKenna's POV:

I turned on my cell phone and had 3 missed calls from Marcel and 1 voicemail. I listened to it and suddenly, it seemed like I had gotten all my answers. Marcel. The answer was Marcel. He had always been there for me. He was the sweetest guy and he told me he would wait. He somehow knew I would leave and figured out where I would be. Because he knew me best. Because he cared about me the most. He listened to everything I ever told him and never forgot it. Marcel was the only one to ever ask me what my biggest dream was and that was to go to Cambridge University.

I knew I should have called him back but instead I waited at the train station for his train to arrive.

I heard a faint recognizable voice in the distance calling my name. "McKenna!"

I turned in the direction and saw Marcel. Tears started streaming down my face and I ran into his arms.

"Marcel!" His hug was all I needed. After a few minutes I gazed into his eyes. "I pick you Marcel" I said giving him a huge kiss.
