Eddie's NarrativeI was sleeping peacefully, with my baby cuddled close to me, when I felt her moving around, and whimpering.
Another Nightmare?
I look down at my princess, to see she's awake. Hmm.
"Darling? What's wrong? Are you okay?" I ask, seeing her look up at me.
"I- I don't feel good" she leaps out of my arms, and out of the bedroom, sprinting to the bathroom.
Uh oh.
I run into the bathroom, behind her, to see her on the floor hugging the toilet bowl, throwing up.
I sit behind her, pull her hair back, into a messy bun, and rub her back softly. Once she's done throwing up everything she's ever eaten, she flushes the toilet, and rests her head on my shoulder.
I'm still rubbing up and down on her back, letting her fully calm down, before she stands up to brush her teeth.
"You okay, baby?" She nods, and I start to walk to the kitchen, to get her water, but, of course, I give her a kiss on her forehead. When I feel how hot it was, I look at her worried. What makes me more worried, is when she starts to breathe more heavily, clawing at her shirt, a little, and trying to fan herself off.
She spits out the rest of her toothpaste into the sink, and looks at me, still hyperventilating, not able to talk.
"What?" I ask, becoming even more stressed.
"Do you think you have a fever? Your forehead is burning hot!" I spoke when she didn't say anything.
"I.. h-hot.. s-so hot in-in here" she breaths out, barley being able to make a sound.
"Okay, okay, come here- what am I saying" I curse my self for not moving quicker when her legs buckle on her, almost falling to the ground. But, before she could hit the ground, I caught her.
"Hey, it's okay. Shh, baby, it's okay, arms up, angel" I speak calmly and softly, not wanting to add to her own stress.
I take off her shirt, which leaves her in only panties. I lay her on the floor, slowly, not wanting her to bang her head on it or anything. I lay her on the floor because it will cool her body off, what she needs.
She has panic attacks a lot, and, they happen mostly when she overheats or she gets too cold. But, mostly when she overheats.
When she can't control how hot her body feels, it makes her feel very claustrophobic, in her own skin, not being able to breath and have her normal body temperature. She doesn't mean to freak out before taking layers off and/or asking for a wet cloth, or my fan. She just can't help it, it doesn't matter anyway; I'm always there for my baby, no matter what.
I grab my fan, set it up in the room, turn on both my ceiling fan and the fan I set up, and go back to the bathroom, to get Ro.
"Okay, got all the fans on and runnin' in the room! You feeling a bit better, sweetheart?" I ask, bending down to pick her up, off the floor.
"Yeah, y-yeah, i am. Im sorry i freaked out so much, baby. I felt so hot out of nowhere, I'm sor-" I only interpret Rowan when:
1: She's talking so quickly, I can't comprehend what she's saying.
2: She's being suicidal, with words, saying she's not worth anything, and shit. Lair, lair.
3: She's about to cry because of what she's saying.
