Author's NarrativeIt had been a few days since Valentine's Day, having more and more sex with Uncle Wayne busy at work and being alone, in the puppy love stage. But, the thing was, they always were in the puppy stage love, that's just their love, they'll always feel like that.
They wanted to be alone after just getting engaged, wanting to be alone and have that time before there was a screaming baby that needed them every second of the day. In a few days, they agreed, they would tell their friends about what went down on Valentine's Day.
Until then, it was just them, fucking whenever they got horny, making love was amazing as ever for them, and lots of cuddles.
But, finally, the hormones kicked in.
Well, it's not like she didn't cry everything she saw a puppy and cried about how cute it was, or if she got mad when anyone other than Eddie was present. But now it's become more frequent and frustrating for her and everyone around her.
Except Eddie, of course he got the heat of it, but it normally wasn't toward him, and even when it was, he was still calm and gentle with her, knowing she couldn't help it and just needed to be calmed down.
He would pick her up, rub her back, and play with her hair when she got mad and wouldn't calm down. Or would hold her tightly while she cried about seeing a stray animal. Any animal honestly, she cried when she saw a rat passing them.
"Their always so hated on and hearing how everyone is grossed out about them!" She cried into Eddie's shoulder as he held her around the waist against a wall.
"They don't deserve it, their actually kinda cute and need to be treated better!" She got angry out of no where, as usual, and Eddie knew they could go to the store tomorrow as she wiggled out of his grip and started to walk away.
Robin would've consulted her, being the nice and comforting friend she is, but she wouldn't do it like Eddie would.
Robin was brushing Rowan's hair in Robins bedroom as they got ready. 'Time after Time' by Cyndi Lauper was the song robin had chose to hum, bad idea.
(Everyone else was downstairs waiting to go skating)
Suddenly, Rowan burst out in tears, covering her face and shaking with sobs. Robin, freaked out and panicking, dropped the brush and went to try and pry her hands from her face, to see if she got hurt or something.
"Hey, hey, Rowan, are you okay? What happened!?" She didn't know what to do.
She tried playing with her hair, soothing her with words, rubbing her back, nothing worked. Until Eddie burst through the door, hearing her cry from downstairs.
He didn't say anything as he picked up the pregnant woman with ease and rested her head on his shoulder, his hands squeezing the back of her thighs, calming her.
"What just happened!?" Robin was still in freak out mode, worried about her best friend.
"Turn the song off! It's the song max, Lucas, El, and mike all danced to together and it's too emotional for Rowan to see her babies grown up." Eddie whispered to Robin once Rowan had calmed down, robin sighed a sigh of relief and shut the song off.
Eddie just knew.
Steve didn't even know what to do, and he wonders why he's still single. He can be very comforting, yes, like robin, he just needs to know why he is comforting, because otherwise he'll have no idea what to say!
