Chapter 2: The expedition

As i was woken up the next day by my alarm i look at the time seeing it was 6:30 am.

So i got out off bed and hopped in the shower.
After my shower i brushed my teeth and put on some clothes.
After that i looked at the time and it was already 6:55 am.
So i quickly put on my shoes and rushed to the quad.
As i get there i see Wednesday stand there talking to a... hand.

"I'm not even gonna ask." i say pointing to the hand.
"That's thing." she said turning around to face me.
"So how can i help prove you're not losing your mind?" i ask.
"2 days ago i saw a student get murdered but the body went missing and he came back the next day." she said

"And now i need to find proof to show that he was murdered and figure out what this drawing means." she says showing me a ripped piece off paper with a girl that looked like her on it.
"Can't be too hard." i said as i gave 'thing' a fistbump.

With that we headed into the woods.
"So what happend to this Rowen kid?" i asked looking around with my flashlight.

"I had a vison were he was murdered and turns out he wanted to murder me, but i was saved by a monster." she spoke up also looking around.

I just looked at her confused.
"So you're telling me that this kid wanted to kill you but was killed by a monster?" i say not sounding convinced.

"I know what i saw Y/n." she said annoyed.
"I mean i go to a school full off weirdos why can't there be a homicidal monster out in the woods." i say finding a pair off glassed on the ground.

"Were these his?" i ask turning around with the glasses in my hand.

"Yes, that means i was right and he was murdered." she said walking closer.

"Put that in a plastic bag." she ordered me walking away.
I just did as she asked and put in in a bag.
After another hour off searching we found nothing and just headed back because our lessons were about to start.
After we got back we headed to class and it was extremely boring.

I was not even paying attention and was just talking with Xavier.
After that i had one more lesson and it was about plants or something.

As i get up from my seat Wednesday walks over to me and talks to me about the whole monster thing and we walk to the conservatory together.
We sat down next to eachother at the very back off the room so we could continue talking.
It didn't work however and were soon after interupted by mrs Thornhill.
"Y/n can you tell me what this is?" she asks me.
"No i'm talking to Wednesday." i said

With this the class started laughing and i swear i saw Wednesday smile.
I didn't have to answer so my plan worked and started talking to Wednesday again about the monster.
And soon after our classes were over.

I was really tired and headed to my dorm.
i was sat at my desk chatting with my brother over a skype call.
Ajax found it annoying but i didn't care.
But as i was talking i heard a knock on the door.
"Be right back bro somebody is knocking." i said standing up.
"Sit down meduza." i said motioning Ajax to sit back down.
This caused my brother to laugh and Ajax gave him the finger.
As i open the door i find Wednesday standing there.

"Wednesday? Need more help?" i ask her.
"No Weems ordered me to come get you for therapy." she said

"Why do i have to go to therapy?" i asked confused.
"Because you i quote 'stepped out off line'' Wednesday said

I rolled my eyes at this.
'Alright fine let me just say goodbye to my brother and put on some shoes." i said heading back over to my desk.

"Gotta go bro! I have to go to therapy." i said
