Chapter 19: Familly issues

Before we left i was checking the train scedule to see if there were any trains available.
"The earliest train is in 2 hours." i said looking up from my phone to look at Wednesday.

Wednesday just nods.

"Don't worry, everything is gonna be fine." i said seeing Wednesday was nervous.
"You really think so?" she asks me looking up at me.
"Ofcourse, we have proof that Joel is lying." i said with a comforting smile.
She then just smiled and hugged me.
She let go after a couple seconds.

"Can we go back to Nevermore?" she asks.
"Ofcourse let's go." i said grabbing her hand and walking over to Nevermore.

The walk over was once again silent but this time it felt weird since Wednesday was really nervous.
I felt really bad for Wednesday but was also slightly happy to see her care so much.
After we got back to Nevermore we headed straight to our dorm since Wednesday didn't want to 

anyone.

We still had an hour and a half left until our train left and Wednesday decided to write her novel since it would distract her.
I decided to edit the video a little to make sure i didn't say anything stupid and also to make sure it wasn't boring.

After an hour Wednesday stopped typing and sat down next to me.
"What are you doing?" she asks looking at the phone.

"Just scrolling on tiktok." i said.

"Put the phone away." she said.

I just looked at her confused.

After a couple seconds i just decided to comply.
After i put it down Wednesday cuddled up to me.
"I'm tired." she said.
"We still have 30 minutes so you can if you want." i said.
"No i'll sleep on the train." she said.
I just nodded.
After 10 more minutes we both got ready to leave.

"Do you have everything?" i asked.

She just nods.
After that we head to the train station.
"I really need to get a car." i said as we get to the train station.

"Do you even know how to drive?" Wednesday asks confused.
"Yes, i got my license last year." i said.

"Inpressive." she said.
After another minute our train arrived.

We walked in and looked around for free seats.
After looking for a minute we found a free spot.

"You want the window?" i ask Wednesday.

"No, i want to sleep." she said.

I chuckled and sat down, Wednesday joined me.

I pulled out a book and started reading.
After a minute i could feel weight on my shoulder and as i look over i see a sleeping Wednesday.

'And people think she's this emotionless girl.'

I just smiled and continued reading.
After a 2 hour train ride we arrived and i woke up Wednesday.

"Hey Wednesday, we're here." i said slightly shaking her shoulder.

It took a second but Wednesday was now back to her normal self.
I just looked at her shocked at how quick she can wake up.

"What?" she asks confused.
"How are you able to wake up so fast?" i ask confused following her out the train.

"I don't know." she says.

Since we were in a bigger town there were actually taxi's here.

So i called a taxi and after 10 minutes it arrived.
We got it and Wednesday told the driver the adress.
As we were getting closer to her house i could see she was getting more and more nervous.
"Don't worry it's going to be fine." i said grabbing her hand and squeezed it slightly.
