Walker woke up to Christmas music, a song Sans loved to play when Giftmas was in full swing. The Twelve Days of Christmas. The Skeleton turned Human could only assume she was decorating then, perhaps making treats for the human holiday. Who was he to lay there and leave her to do it alone? Not even Walker was a Scrooge. He dressed quickly before tying up his hair and rushing out of his room to see you stringing up Christmas lights in a doorway. From what he could see, all the windows and doors were lined with lights. "Did you stay up all night doing this?! This is a huge house [Y/N]!" Walker commented, as he looked at it all. "How did you get a pine tree in here without waking me?!" You taped another part of the lights down before looking down at Walker from the step stool. "Maybe? What can I say, I haven't been excited for Christmas in a long time." Walker summoned his magic hands to assist you. "I thought Christmas already passed, was it not on the 24th and 25th?"
"I can celebrate a few days late-" You sputtered in humiliation. "Never said you couldn't." Walker replied in amusement.

Thus Walker started to assist in decorating the house with wreaths and homemade decorations as well as window stickers of presents and trees and snowmen and reindeer. Then you both moved onto the tree. "It's funny... I used to do this with my grandpa when I was a little girl... how I miss those days..." Walker paused from wrapping garland around the tree. "And your parents?" You gave him a sad smile. "After grandpa died, they stopped celebrating Christmas with me and a year after, I stopped myself. No point if you have nobody to celebrate with. I guess that's why I'm so excited now! We can bring it back to this house!" Your [E/C] eyes shown with happiness, something that made Walker's soul melt. "Of course, my sons and I quite enjoy this holiday ourselves. I would always take it off to spend it with them. I hope they are continuing it well without me as I will continue it with you." Your smile became a lot more genuine. "Yeah. I hope so too." You grabbed an ornament. "Shall we finish this and get to the cookies?" That was enough depressing topics for the holidays.

After a wonderful frosting mess from making sugar cookies, you and Walker went to get cleaned up. You had gotten the transformed monster a phone last night so you two could keep in contact. You had it all wrapped up and everything. You went to put it under the tree when you spotted the other present. "Walker?" Walker came in from behind you. "Yes?" You held up the small box. "You got me a gift?" He nodded simply. "It is 'Christmas' is it not?" He held his hand out. "And I see you got me something as well." You nodded eagerly, passing the phone off to him. His confused expression was well worth it when he opened it up. "What the hell is this thing? I've seen you with it, but..." You snickered at him. "Don't laugh at me- I don't know the first thing about this device!" Walker grumbled. "That device is a phone and I'll teach you how to use it, Mr. Scientist." You emphasized the last word. Walker sighed and shook his head. You had a point. "You're turn, open it." It was nothing you were expecting when you tore off the paper and opened the box. "W-where the hell did you get tickets for the Christmas Fair?!" You balked. "The librarian gave them to me, actually. I've never been to a fair before... so would you like to go?"
