You and Walker were out for the day. You were teaching him more about your world than what he'd read or saw on Discovery Channel. More hands on sort of stuff. "Always look both ways before crossing the road, you don't wanna get squished under tire." You informed him seriously. "I usually look left, right, then left again for caution sake."
"I may be new to your world, but I know logic." Walker mused, more amused than irritated. "Well... I know... I just... I don't know how my world differs from yours? I don't know what you do and don't know? I mean, it's been months and I taught you nothing about my world!" Walker chuckled. "Sure you have, somewhat. I know how to get in trouble with your authorities and how to get bailed out~"
"Walker that never should have happened-" Walker openly laughed. "I know, I'm trying to lighten the mood. It is pretty funny, thinking about it now. I was such a fool." You snickered a little. "Hell yeah you were." His hand went to Walker's chest. "You weren't supposed to agree- now I'm offended."
"Hey, I'm being honest, Walker. That was stupid on your part, but at least now you know better." You replied with a shrug.

You ended up taking Walker to the library anyway because he'll if you knew how to explain the human laws. You knew them, sure, but you were shit at explaining things so Walker was learning via your favorite librarian while you snooped for good reads. Nothing in particular had caught your interest yet, but you did notice a poster. "The Christmas Fair is coming next month? Has it been that long already? Walker had come into my life only a couple weeks after the fair was over last year..." It had been a little after New Years, if you remembered correctly. You hadn't really done any of the Holidays last year- "Wait has it already almost been a year since Walker got to my world? That is something worth celebrating since I'll probably be skipping Christmas again... maybe I can take Walker to this then?" You used to love it when you were a kid. When your parents were around more... well, at least now you had someone to go with. "I wonder if there are Fairs where he comes from... you couldn't ask... not yet, that would ruin the surprise.

"Excuse me? I thought I was learning US law?" Walker was confused. "We were. But now, we are talking about dear [Y/N] and you. She chose herself quite a hunk-"
"I can assure you, she does not feel that way towards me-" Walker tried to argue only to be cut off. "So you have feelings for her then, dear boy? Why didn't you say so!" The librarian chirped. "That accusation is also false!" Walker snipped. "Oh look at that red face, you must have it bad~" The old woman giggled. "I- what? No! I have no sort of feelings for her other than friendship!"
"Denial does not suit you. I'm sure just seeing her happy makes you happy, seeing her sad upsets you, you probably get angry when she's hurt. I can bet you would do about anything for her!" Walker went dead quiet. How the hell did this old woman of all people figure him out so easily?! "Well dear boy, you'll have to tell her eventually, she may just like you back!" The librarian held out a flier. "What... what is this...? Walker asked. "The Christmas Fair. It was her favorite when she was younger. That's where you'll want to ask her."
