As I lay in bed, listening to Kells' breathing as he slept, I felt happy. Extremely happy. I was where I needed to be with the most important people in my life.

And then reality set in. I would be leaving tonight to head back to LA. I pouted, sighing.

He squirmed in bed next to me and murmured something against the pillow. I chuckled softly. "What?" I asked as he moved to face me. His eyes were still closed as he licked his lips.

"What's wrong?" he asked. He finally opened his eyes, yawning. His eyes automatically met mine as he wrapped his arms around my torso.

"What makes you think something is wrong?" I asked.

"You're sighing already. It isn't even 10 AM. So what's wrong?"

I sighed again, looking at his Blink-182 poster on the wall. He took me in his arms, engulfing me completely. I felt warm and safe. I smiled as he nuzzled his face into my neck.

"I know you don't want to leave. I don't want you to either," he said against my skin.

My smile slowly faded at his words. Before I could say anything in response, there was a melodic knock on the bedroom door. I sighed again, realizing our alone time was finally up.

Kells adjusted himself but still kept me in his arms. "Yeah?" he shouted.

There was a muffled "daddy, can I come in?" from the other side of the door. I smiled.

"Yeah baby, come in," he said. The door slowly opened and revealed Casie in her Hello Kitty pajamas. She must have changed when she woke up this morning.

She closed the door behind her as she grinned; she ran for the bed, jumping on Kells, making her way in between us. I laughed as Kells began to tickle her sides. After a few seconds, they relaxed and she cuddled up between us.

"What's for breakfast?" she asked.

"What are you in the mood for?" I asked her.

Her dark eyebrows furrowed together as she thought about her answer. "Cheese eggs!" she exclaimed. I looked over to Kells and he just smiled. She was definitely her father's child.

"Alright," I began. "Let me go wash up and I'll make you some. Want some toast too?"

Casie nodded her head, a huge grin on her face. "Yes please."

I kissed Casie's forehead before tossing the covers to the side. I climbed out of bed, tying my hair up the best I could with the new length. As I walked to the bedroom door, Kells called my name; he waved me over to him.

He was now sitting up against the headboard with Casie snuggling up next to him. She was playing a game on his iPhone, no longer paying attention to us anymore.

As I got closer, he reached out his arm, grabbing my hand with his; he pulled me toward him, a smile forming on his face.

I chuckled. "What do you want?" I joked.

He pulled me down toward him, locking our lips in a soft kiss. My eyes lingered closed as he chuckled slightly. "That," he said simply. He let go of my hand, allowing me now to leave the room.

I walked out of the bedroom, chuckling, with a smile on my face. I could hear voices coming from downstairs. I made a quick detour to the bathroom to wash up before heading to the kitchen.

In the living room were JP and Dub. The rest of the crew was nowhere to be found. I gave them a quick good morning before veering to the right into the kitchen.

I gathered all the necessary ingredients for breakfast; eggs, cheese, bread, and butter. As I grabbed a bowl and a pan, I heard footsteps entering the kitchen. I turned around and locked eyes with Ash.
