A/N: To parody a tiny animated octopus: AW, YOU GUYS MADE ME WRITE~! (Points if you know the scene I refer to!) Thank you so much for the tremendous amounts of love shown to this story. As a thank you gift, enjoy this extra chapter, extra long and mature as it may be. ;)

The jungle island was pretty nice, despite the heat that soaked through the humidity to layer on Sanji's skin. The villagers were kind and generous, the views were astonishingly beautiful, the flora and fauna were both beautiful and good to eat from what he could tell. If it weren't for the heat, it would've been paradise.

As it was, Sanji had changed clothes twice since he'd started the day. His usual suits were too stiff, too warm. His own lighter clothes had still felt too heavy, so finally he'd found himself in one of Zoro's tank tops and a pair of shorts he almost never wore. He'd probably be sunburned later, but since he didn't have those light, flowy robes from Alabasta anymore, he'd just have to deal.

"Saaaanjiiii-kuuuuun!" Nami came running up to where Sanji was trading with some of the locals for some fresh produce. She was sweating like she'd been running a while when she finally stopped, lowering her hands to her knees as she tried to catch her breath.

"Nami-swan, what's wrong?"

"It's... Zoro. He's... in trouble. It's bad.... Chopper says he ate something... He needs you."

Sanji turned pale, and for an instant, his blood ran so cold that the heat no longer bothered him. Zoro was in enough trouble that he 'needed' him? That Nami had run all this way for him? He apologized to the villagers he was with, then directed his attention back to Nami. "Where is he?"

"Can you take me? I can show you. Tell you more as we go."

"Piggy-back or front carry?"

"On your back. It'll be safer when we arrive. Zoro will need to see you first."

Sanji knelt down obediently, and Nami wrapped her arms around his neck, clinging on tightly as he launched into the air. She had to yell to be heard above the wind as he traveled, her arm occasionally darting in front of him to point. "The local doctor said it's called ... I don't remember their name, but it translates to 'beast dream fruit'. The islanders all know to avoid it, but your IDIOT got lost before they told us, and it seems like he ate one before we caught up to him. Looks like a mango, so can't blame him too much I guess. But they told us it causes an intense, uncontrollable lust that can burn through the consumer for weeks if not... treated."

"Will it kill him? Can Chopper treat him?"

He felt Nami shake her head against his shoulder. "It has killed some people, it seems, but most survive it. And Chopper can't offer the sort of treatment he'll need, Sanji. He's asking for you!"

The implication finally connected in Sanji's mind. "OH. Oh. Like...Like I need to get him back to the Sunny, kind of asking for me."

Nami nodded, and Sanji wondered if she was as embarrassed by the topic as he was. He and Zoro would flirt pretty openly in front of their crewmates, but they had been careful to not do anything more than chaste kisses where they could be seen or heard too much. Well, relatively chaste. "How bad was he when you left?"

"Feverish. Asking for you, but still trying to keep it together. The village doctor was helping apply something to help hold off the worst of it, but he said it would work for an hour at most, maybe less with Zoro's metabolism."

Sanji nodded his understanding as he turned again, finally seeing his husband and the doctors. He landed close by, and Zoro's closed eyes opened as if he'd sensed him. As Nami let herself off of his back, Sanji could see the raging lust, the desperation in Zoro's eyes as he called for Sanji. Zoro almost writhed against the tree he was seated against, his pants tented with an obvious erection and the blush of fever on his face. His arms were crossed across his ribs, like he was cold... or trying to restrain himself. A kernel of irrational jealousy grew in the cook's chest. No one else was supposed to see Zoro like this. That sight was for his eyes only. Still, he kept his voice calm and soothing. "Got yourself into trouble again, mon chou?"
