Hope, Lizzie and Dahlia sat in the maternity waiting room of Eugene Oregon general Hospital the three of them silent as nurses walked back and forth across the shining polished floor, their white soled shoes squeaking as they went from reception to delivery room or ward rooms, and then they saw a Joshua Parker walking down the long hallway a slight frown on his face, "Congratulations Mr Parker healthy twins, boy and girl you must be overjoyed," And the Three witches watched Joshua Lizzie's grandfather plaster a fake half smile on his face and mumble thanks to the nurse moving quickly to the exit doors, Hope, Lizzie and Dahlia waited until they saw the Two Nurses wheel the Two plastic cots into the large glass fronted communal nursery and place the cots side by side, and leaving the nursery, Dahlia stood up and chanted softly, putting the maternity section of the Hospital in a freezing spell all the moving, chatting people stopping mid stride or sentence frozen and Lizzie and Hope walked to the nursery, Lizzie looked at her baby Mother and kissed her head.
"I love you Mom, see you in a few decades and lifted her uncle Kai out of the cot, kissing his head she whispered, "I am your Mommy now and I promise you will have the best life Kia Mikaelson," and the baby opened his mouth wide and yawned, Hope looked down on him and smiled.
"He is a strong siphoner I can feel him drawing power from you already," Hope grinned and Lizzie smiled.
"Get used to seeing him attached to me 24/7, this little guy is going to be fed energy all the time, he will never feel like a freak or unbalanced," Lizzie vowed and Hope gave her a side hug and they walked out to meet Dahlia.
