Tsuchiyako headcanons/Oneshots + other ships

Late Christmas Special

I didn't know which one to do...
SO I DID THEM ALL!!!

1:
Yako was walking through the streets of a busy road. There were lots of warm lights coming from stores, homes, restaurants with people all buzzing around. She suddenly had the craving of a warm drink, so she was looking for a cafe that sold them cheap. She arrived at a nearly empty road and it started to get colder. It was night during late December, so this was quite normal for the weather to get colder.

She was wrong. The weather was really cold now, and she still couldn't find a cafe that sold drinks that was open at this time somehow?? She made a right turn to another road, and saw a small cafe there. It just had a counter, a small kitchen-like area behind it, and one table for two near the door. She walked in, it had a nice sweet smell circling the cafe.

She walked up to the counter and looked at the menu above. "Uhm.. may I have a... hot chocolate?" "Coming right up!" There was only one staff in the cafe right now, he was a lot taller than Yako and she noted his weirdly colored hair. She sat down at the only table there, and waited for her drink.

She got her phone from her pocket and checked her messages. There was a new text from Akane Sumire. She worked at the small place as Yako and they had the same class one time at school, but they didn't talk much. "Do we still have to be there tomorrow? Since it's Christmas eve on a Monday" the text read. Yako clicked on the text box on the bottom and typed in "Idk, ask the others I got no clue" she sent the message and there was a small check next to her message, indicating it sent.

"The weather's quite harsh now suddenly, don't you think?" The guy working tried to start a conversation, of course it was about the weather out of everything he could have started with. "You went outside in this weather?" He questioned "I was already outside when it started, and I was already too far from my house" "Ah.. that's quite unlucky" he finished making her drink. He went around the counter and gave it to her, placing it on the table.

"Thank you" she gave a small smile. "Uh... the payment please miss" Yako buried her hand in her pocket, to realize it was empty aside from her phone. "Shoot.. I think I forgot my wallet at home" "Don't worry, it's on me" "Are you sure?" "Of course, you came all this way after all you should stleast be able to get a drink" he kept insisting. He stood next to the other chair, opposite from Yako. "Do you mind if I sit?" "Oh not at all" he pulled the chair back a little, and sat down.

"Your here all by yourself?" "Yeah.. the others didn't come in for work since tomorrow's Christmas eve and the boss said it was optional if they wanted to go today" "Ah..  not much people here today aswell?" "Yeah, not a lot of people want to go to a cafe the day before Christmas Eve I guess"

2:
Tsuchigomori was going home from a friend's Christmas party, he saw a girl a couple feet away from his using an umbrella at night, in clear weather. Not really clear though, it was snowing lightly but not enough that you would need to bring an umbrella. It was really dark outside, the kind that it would have been better to walk around with a flashlight in hand. It was night on the 25th, a lot of people were still spending time with family so the streets were empty.

The weather got a lot colder, and the snow got worse. Tsuchigomori held his bag over his head, he didn't want snow to fall in his eyes. The snow just got heavier and even the bag couldn't protect him anymore. Now he understood why she was holding an umbrella with her. She was still untouched by the snow while Tsuchigomori on the other hand was covered with it.

He got an extra jacket from his bag, and put it on top of his existing sweater. There was snow on the inner layer of his jacket, making the jacket on top a little wet and colder. This didn't help at all. Tsuchigomori wished he could've prepared for the weather better earlier at his dorm. Actually now he just realized, the girl infront of him looked around his age and seemed like she was going to the same area as he was, could it be possible she's in the same dorm?

He was walking a bit faster now, trying to get there as soon as possible incase if it gets worse. The girl was now a little on his left, beside him. She looked over to him noticing his struggles. She held the umbrella on her right hand, closer to Tsuchigomori. He saw and looked back at her. "It can hold for the two of us.. your going to the dorms in _____ right?" He went closer, and stepped under her umbrella. The warmth from her body warming him a little.

"How'd you know?" "It seemed like you were going there since we're still on the same road going to the same place probably... I stay there too" Ah so I was right he thought to himself. "Thank you.. by the way, I'm Tsuchigomorj Ryūjirou in class _" he added. "Misaki Yako"

Gusys I made her last name misaki since she was an inari statue from the misaki shrine in the og don't kill me

3:
Tsuchigomori was minding his business, when he felt a presence behind him and before he could look behind him, everything went dark. "Wh-" "It's me dw your not getting kidnapped" he felt relieved and worried after hearing that the voice was Yako. "Come on I have a surprise for you, I'll remove it then"  he turned his head behind him to try to look at her. "How can I trust you with this.."

While on the way there, Yako kept making him bump into things and almost fall down the stairs. "Geez could've she chosen a different way to get me there or atleast guide me properly" after a lot of trial and error, they finally got there. Yako started untying the blind fold, and Tsuchigomori saw a empty Christmas tree infront of him. "Wtf is this..." "We're gonna decorate it!!"

Tsuchigomori was putting up some of the glittery Christmas balls on one side, after they put on the lights. He titled his head a little to see what Yako did, to see that she put a bunch of gold ones next to eachother. He stepped closer to her. "No Yako, you have to put the same color diagonal not next to each other" "shut up I'll do what I want" "It's gonna look ugly but whatever that's your problem"

He stepped back, and started to get more ornaments to put on. Tsuchigomori's side looked decent while Yako's side was just decorated wrong. Ornaments were next to eachother, in stripes, etc. He looked at her in a what-the-heck-did-you-just-do-and-why-did-you-do-that look after he saw what she did. Even if how ugly the tree was, they had fun nonetheless.

I was gonna do more but I didn't know how to start them so I think this is okay..
