"Easier" — 5SOS
Everyone in our team is asleep, drunk. Jungkook had stepped out after I had denied the kiss. He said he was on the phone talking to a friend but why did it bother me so much that it took so long?
Possible girlfriend?
As if. He spends all his time at my place.
Other friends with benefits girl I don't know about?
He came back to the group looking so irritated, he didn't even tell us goodnight.
We decided it would be a good idea for some of us to sleep on the floors and the others on the bed. It was a fight, but I managed to get a bed.
I can't sleep. I managed to take a short nap but it only managed to be a few hours.
I sat up slowly from the bed, trying to not wake up Yujin and Hana next to me.
I could use some air. They're bodies are warming up a bit too much.
I grab my coat from the edge of the bed, and go towards the front door, carefully stepping over the others sleeping on the floor.
Slowly, I open the front door. I sulk as I walk to the outdoor staircase, standing there once I'm comfortable.
I sigh lowly, taking a deep breath in afterward.
It's so pretty outside. It's almost winter, the way the world is glistening in front of me is so breathtaking. As cold as it is, I feel so warm inside.
Standing outside, simply observing everything is so calming. I feel so at peace. Lights reflecting off the plants and the buildings catches my eye. How could the Earth be busy still at night? Life still goes on when it's not looking my way.
Simply being outside, alone with just my thoughts just feels so perfect. If I had music, this would be the perfect night.
A hand touches my shoulder. "Oh Hana—" I turn around to face her.
Jungkook.
"Oh. It's you." I clear my throat, turning back around to face the other way.
"Oh? Taehee, what're you doing awake? It's late."
As much as I want to give him an attitude right now. I don't have the energy to put up a fight with this guy.
