Why does he hang around Seungyeon so much? Why is he toying with Taehee? Simply for fun? Does he truly just not know what he's doing?

Seungyeon and Jungkook were never really lovers.
They dated, yeah. But there was no love coming from him.
It was more, they'd talk. Go on dates. Have sex. Kiss publicly. There was no love attached to any of that. And it was Jungkook wanted.
To date someone with no feelings attached.
The idea of dating someone who you can separate from with no feelings involved.
Seungyeon eventually ended the relationship, wanting more from Jungkook than just physical intimacy.
Jungkook understood, but the two remained good friends. Her letting him hit every now and then.
She knew he'd see other people, but whenever he mentioned a girl, something about it felt unsettling.
She still wanted him. It was obvious. He knew it too.
Seungyeon was possessive over him.
"I don't like that girl. Look at her legs." She'd point out.
"What's wrong with her legs?" He'd question.
"They're chubby, mine are slim as chopsticks."
"I like them. I'm gonna go talk to her." He ignored her comments.
Jungkook naturally attracted women. It was his speciality. It drove Seungyeon mad with jealousy.
Jungkook was well aware of her feelings, simply brushing them off.
Seungyeon became suspicious when she caught Jungkook taking a few glances over at Taehee.
When several rings would go by before she'd get her call answered.
He'd answer every single time.
That's how she knew she had him wrapped around her finger. He was loyal to her at the end of the day and she loved it.
Her theories were confirmed the day the two hung out, and "Princess Taehee" was the contact name.
