They have already arrived in Verona after fifty minutes of travelling. A sunny day is what Draco hoped for this day so everything he planned would go smoothly. He was lucky enough that the heavens heard his prayer. He has planned his confession to her and even practised how he would enunciate the conversation whilst he takes her to Casa di Giulietta (Juliet's House). He knew it would be a perfect place for him to confess, especially when it is one of the places that she has been eager to visit.
"Wait, stop!" Y/n was alarmed as Draco pushed the break out of panic.
Y/n only looked up at the tall Roman Amphitheater, admiring each of its features. Some parts of it were destroyed but it is still fascinating to look at, especially when this structure witnessed how Verona changed throughout time.
She got out of the car and quickly walked straight to the path that leads to the Amphitheater, leaving Draco curiously watching her.
"What are you still doing there?" She yelled, laughing. "Come on. Don't waste your time sitting there."
And there and then Draco knew that it'll be hard for him to confess his feelings for her. They were supposed to have their first stop at Casa di Giulietta but Y/n seems to be distracted by Verona's beauty. He knew she loves to visit this place, but he never knew that she is this hyper and would make him stop his car to take a look at what she took an interest in. His plan was supposed to happen accordingly. He was supposed to confess first.

This has been their fourth stop. She couldn't contain the excitement within her and it was like she plans to visit each and every corner of the street. Draco felt her love for the city indeed. He understood that she was cherishing all the moments she has during their vacation since she only has 3 days left until she goes back to where she belonged, but he hasn't seen her this jolly as when he took her around Sirmione. She much more enjoyed being in Verona.
"Y/n, don't you want to go to Juliet's House?" Draco asked whilst they were taking a look at the antique paintings, sculptures, and other objects in Palazzo Maffei La Casa Museo.
"Hmm..." She hummed, stopping her pace and facing Draco, with a smile appearing on her peachy lips. "Maybe later." She replied as she continued gazing at the paintings hanging on the wall. "We still have time and maybe we should get some lunch after this. Why? Is something wrong?"
"Nothing's wrong." He assured.
"But you seem to be feeling unwell." She uttered. "You look like you're going to have a fever or some. Please do tell me what is bothering you. It is as if your mind has been clouded since we stepped inside the Amphitheater. Am I doing something wrong to make you feel this way?"
Her statement made Draco even more nervous than he already was. His palms started to sweat, his throat felt dry, and his eyes couldn't even look directly at her dark brown ones.
"Are you truly alright?" Her brows furrowed. "If you're not, we could go back to Sirmione. I'll be the one driving."
"No, no, no. Truly, I'm alright. You need not worry." He chuckled nervously.
"Then why are you sweating." She laughed too.
"It is the heat." He replied, which in fact could be true. "Why don't we head down and find some restaurant to have lunch in?"
"You sure you're alright?"
Oh, how she smiles like an angel that it made Draco almost flush red.
"Yes, I'm alright."

It happened again and Draco thought they were already through stopping over at different tourist spots in Verona after having their lunch. This has been their 8th stop and he seems to be getting even more anxious about his confession to her. He started having visions that everything will turn out to be bad, that everything he envisioned all night would be a disaster.
"I guess we should head to Juliet's House so that we could go home and rest." She stated, looking at Draco who was quite relieved that he heard that from her, whilst they went out of Giusti Garden and got inside Draco's car.
His hopes went up and he has this feeling that everything will go well with his planned confession. He even would still accept her as his friend even though she rejects him as long as he could express his feelings, he would still be fine.
They made their way to Casa di Giulietta. It was only a short trip and it will only take them 6 minutes of their time until they arrive.

Roaming around the house of Juliet and Draco's thoughts was somewhere else. Now that they were here, he became much more anxious that he even forgot how he practised his confession. His clouded mind made this blond boy speechless.
They went out to the courtyard after exploring the house, and Y/n made her way to the bronze statue of Juliet. Most people who are at the house were writing letters regarding their lost loves and lost in love, and place them on the love wall or on the red letterbox on the wall to get a response from the secretaries of Juliet.
"Why do you want to come here?" Draco asked, gazing at her.
"My father has told me about this place and he vowed that he would take me someday in here." She replied. "But I guess it turns out that you're the one who would assist me here."
Of course, this became the perfect opportunity for him to confess.
"Y/n, there's something I wan-"
"You look wonderful together," They both heard a voice behind them, causing them to turn around only to see a lady who is around in her 60s. "You two must be lovers." She smiled
"Oh, sorry, ma'am. Fortunately, we're not a couple. We're only friends." Y/n grinned.
Ouch...
"Are you sure or can you envision yourself with him someday?" The lady asked softly, smiling at them.
"No," She smiled. "We're alright as how our relationship is right now. Isn't that right, Draco?"
Her words felt like thousands of sharp arrows pierced through his heart, but he still tried to make these feelings invisible and replied, "Right."
