Poppy woke up early in the morning and tried to climb up on the bed, for she wanted to lay down next to Y/n and wait until she woke up, but she couldn't due to her small body. So, she ended up barking loudly, which caused the young couple to wake up.
"Poppy, it's still early." Y/n yawned, speaking in her morning voice.
Poppy whimpered in reply, giving her pleading eyes and trying to climb up to their bed.
"Oh, you want to lay down next to me?" She cooed, which made Draco widen his eyes. "Alright." Her lips curved up as she lifted her dog and placed it in between them.
Poppy again gave Draco displeasing eyes before snuggling close to Y/n. She even pretended as if Draco wasn't the one who brought her in the first place. Y/n noticed the way Poppy gave Draco displeasing eyes and it made her laugh whilst Draco looked annoyed.
"She's mine first, Poppy." He glared, trying to move Poppy away gently but Poppy growled at him, causing him to flinch, scared that he might get bitten. "Does this mean I won't be able to hug you?" Draco fretted as his eyes gazed at hers.
"Well, it is not my fault that you chose her." A giggle escaped her lips then gave pecks of kisses on the top of Poppy's head. "Let alone buy her."

It was a cloudy afternoon and Draco and Y/n has decided to stay inside for a while. It was said in the weather forecast that it is expected to rain at 3 in the afternoon. It is indeed a good thing that Y/n and Draco already walked her dog in the park earlier this morning after they had their breakfast. It quite didn't go well, for Poppy ended up peeing on Draco's shoes, which made him more annoyed. But his frustrations all seem to have left when he was able to spend this afternoon with her due to the reason that Poppy slept inside Y/n's former bedroom.
"Poppy's sleeping," Draco stated, taking a seat next to her on the couch.
"And you're happy?" She chuckled.
"Shouldn't I be?" He cupped her cheek and placed a soft kiss on her lips, and another, then another. "I love you, Darling."
"Iniibig din kita." She smiled, her eyes laid upon his silver ones, falling madly in love with him again.
"What does that mean, love?" He smiled too, whilst his fingers found her chin.
"I love you too." To which she replied, letting her lips kiss the tip of his nose.
