Y/N's POV:

We made our way down the hill to the beavers home in the middle of the pond.

???: Beaver, is that you? I've been worried sick!
If I find out you've been out with badger again I... Oh.

We made our way around the wall surrounding the house to see another Beaver standing infront of the door.

Mrs. Beaver?: Well, those aren't badgers.

Y/N: Hi.

Mrs. Beaver?: Oh, I never thought I'd live to see this day.

Everyone stayed quiet.

Mrs. Beaver?: Look at my fur. You couldn't give me ten minutes warning.

I chuckled. She reminded me of my mother already.

Mr. Beaver: I'd have given you a week if I thought it would've helped.

Everyone chuckled at that one.

Mrs. Beaver: Oh, come inside. We'll see if we can't get you some food, and some civilized company.

We followed the Mrs.Beaver inside, it was small but still fit all seven of us comfortably.

Mrs. Beaver: Excuse the mess. Can't get Mr. Beaver to get out of his chair.

I chuckled slightly. After a couple minutes of settling. Me, Susan, Peter, and Lucy were sitting at the table with Mr and Mrs. Beaver.

Peter: Isn't there anything we can do to help Tumnus?

Mr. Beaver: They'll have taken him to the Witches house. And you know what they say, There's few that go though them gates that come out again.

Mrs.Beaver walked up attempting to break the tension.

Mrs. Beaver: Fish' N' Chips?

She set a plate down in front of Lucy.

Mrs. Beaver: But there Is hope, dear. Lots of hope.

She glared at Mr. Beaver.

Mr. Beaver: Oh, yeah, there's a right bit more than hope.

He lowered his voice.

Mr. Beaver: Aslan is on the move.

He looked at us expectantly. We just stared back until Edmund asked what we were all thinking.

Edmund: Who's Aslan?

Mr. Beaver began laughing.

Mr. Beaver: Who's Aslan?

He continued laughing.

Mr. Beaver: You cheeky little blighter you.

He was still laughing. Mrs. Beaver nudged Mr. Beaver and gestured to us.

Mr. Beaver: What?

He looked at us to see our confused faces.

Mr. Beaver: You don't know, do you?

Y/N: Nope.

Peter: Well, we haven't exactly been here long.

Mr. Beaver: Well he's only the king of the whole wood. The top geezer. The real King of Narnia.

Mrs. Beaver: He's been away for a long while.

Mr. Beaver: But he's just got back! And he's waiting for ye near the Stone Table!

Y/N: Why is he waiting for us? We've never met the guy.

Mr. Beaver: Your bloomin' joking! They don't even know about the prophecy!

Y/N: Well maybe you could calm down and tell us?

Mr. Beaver: Look. Aslan's return, Tumnus's arrest, the secret police, it's all happen' because a you!

Susan: Your blaming us?

Mrs. Beaver: No, not blaming, thanking you.

This just got a lot more confusing.

Mr. Beaver: There a prophecy.

Y/N: We gathered that much.

Mr. Beaver: "When Adam's flesh and Adam's bone sits at Cair Paravel throne, the evil time will be over and done."

Y/N: Aren't Prophecy's suppose to rhyme?

Susan: He's right.

Mr. Beaver: I know it don't. You're kinda missin' the point!

Mrs. Beaver: It has long been foretold that three Sons of Adam and two Daughters of Eve, will defeat the White Witch and restore peace to Narnia.

Peter: And you think we're the ones?

Mr. Beaver: Well you'd better be, 'cause Aslan's already fitted out your army.

Lucy: Our army?

Susan: Mum sent us away so we wouldn't get caught up in a war.

Peter: I think you've made a mistake. We're not hero's.

Susan: We're from Finchley.

Y/N: Really? Me too!

I got stares from Peter and Susan.

Y/N: Right not the time.

Susan: Thank you for your hospitality. But we really have to go.

Mr. Beaver: No, well you can't just leave.

Everyone started to stand up.

Lucy: He's right. We have to help Mr. Tumnus.

Peter: It's out of our hand's. I'm sorry, but it's time the five of us were getting home. Ed?

He looked back to Edmund only to not see him.
