Goodbye Jared

General Narration

Funeral Home

Donna, John and Michelle McGinnis, Jaden, Mr. and Mrs. Falcon, Ancelin, Mr. and Mrs. Cee, Janice, Mr. and Mrs. Cortez, Kira, Mr. and Mrs. Gonzalez, Belinda and Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez, Optimus, Ultra Magnus, Ratchet, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, Arcee, and Alpha Trion all sat in the crowd as they waited for the priest to finish speaking.

Priest: "Would anyone like to say a few words about Jacob?"

Optimus raised his hand and stood up. He wore his black General's suit that had came with his holoform. He went over to the podium.

Optimus: "Good morning. My name is General Orion Pax. Well, what can I say about Jared? He was a good man. I knew him since he was a boy. Jared became a soldier and worked for the government when he became of age. He was intrusted to me along with my son and daughter, Donna and Joshua, along with those he worked with. Briana, Kimberly, his brother, Ancelin, and Jasmyn. He was always the laugh of us. When we wouldn't be in the best mood, he always knew how to make us laugh. Now that he's no longer with us I know that we'll always carry him with us. Thank you."

Everyone clapped as he went over and shook the hand of his adoptive parents and other relatives. His adoptive mother stood up and hugged Optimus.

Mrs. Cee: "Thank you for your words General Orion."

Optimus: "You're welcome Mrs. Cee. I am sorry for you loss."

Mrs. Cee: "Thank you.

She let go of him as he went over to Ancelin. He looked up at Optimus and stood up. He hugged him and pat his back.

Ancelin: " Thank you Optimus."

He whispered. Optimus looked at him and nodded. He then went over to his row and went over to Arcee. She hugged him as she cried.

Optimus: " I am sorry Arcee."

He whispered as he sat her down and went to his seat. Jaden went up and began to speak as well.

Jaden: "My name is Joshua Falcon. Jacob and I have been friends since elementary school. Anthony, Jacob and I would always have the same classes all the way til high school. All three of us were inseparable. As General Orion said, he was always the jokester of us all. When it'd be time to get serious he was the most serious one out of all of us."

Jaden looked over at the open casket, where Jared lay. Tears started to form in his eyes.

Jaden: "I'm gonna miss you, Jared. I hope you are happy with our lord and all mighty god."

Everyone clapped and said Amen. Alpha Trion then went up and spoke.

Alpha Trion: "My name is Ari Tena. I was Jared's teacher. Jared was a trustworthy, and loyal soldier. He was strong, kind, and full of joy. The boy trained under my guidance for as long as I can remember. Out of the 10 recruits o had, he was the best one. I cannot believe he is gone. Jared I only say this to you know. I hope you are happy wherever you may be on this very day. We will always carry you in our heart and mind."

Alpha Trion finished and went over Jared's relatives, hugging then and apologizing for their loss.

Time skip

Donna P.O.V

I stood over Jared's casket, looking at him. Ancelin came over and placed a hand on my shoulder.

Ancelin: "Donna?"

Donna: "He so cold."

He turned me around and hugged me as I cried into his suit. He rubbed my back as he too cried silently.

Ancelin: "I'm gonna miss him too."

He said as I just looked at his corpse in the casket.

Optimus: "Ancelin, Donna it is time to go."

We pulled away and nodded looking at my dad, who stood next to the priest.

Priest: "General Orion, if you'd be so kind as to help us with the casket?"

Optimus: "Of course."

My dad turned and called for the others.

Optimus: "Martin (Magnus), Rodrigo (Ratchet), Brian (Bulkhead), Bruce (Bumblebee), Soel (Soundwave). Please come assist me."

Everyone: "Yes sir."

General Narration

Optimus, Magnus, Ratchet, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, and Soundwave all carried the casket to the hearse. Optimus closed the door and turned to the others and nodded.

Optimus: "Time to go."

Donna: "OK."

Optimus went off into the funeral home, followed by Donna and the others. Optimus went to his trailer and opened the door for Donna, Jaden, and Fabiano. They climbed inside and waited for everyone else.

Donna P.O.V

It was finally time to go. We all followed in a line all the way to the cemetery. Police cars, and police motorcycles escorted us, followed by the hearse, my father, and what I could see from his mirror, Ultra Magnus and Belinda who rode together, Arcee and Ancelin, Soundwave, who had gotten a vehicle form, with Janice, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, Ratchet and Kira, Alpha Trion, and finally all of Jared's adoptive relatives.

Time Skip

Jared was being lowered into the ground as many of his closest family members, along with Arcee and Ancelin fell to their knees, and cried.

Arcee: "Goodbye. My son. May Primus guide you."

Arcee said as Jaden held me close trying to calm me down, for being one of those who had fallen to their knees.

Jaden: "Shhh. It's OK. he wouldn't want this, from you. He'd want you to be happy, wherever you may find it."

I nodded as they began to burry him. Not soon after his tomb was filled with dirt. There were a lot of roses on his grave. When I finally put myself together, I went up to his tomb with Fabino. He and I placed white roses among the others.

Donna" Goodbye Jared. I'm going to miss you so much. I hope you will be happy wherever you will go."

Fabiano: "Jared. I did not know you much. But I see now that you were a good and honorable man. I'm glad to have met you the night you and Ancelin found us. Che Dio sia co te." (May god be with you.)

General Narration

Donna placed a hand over his shoulder and walked off.

Fabiano: "Mom?"

Donna: "Yes son?"

Fabiano: "I would've wanted nothing more than to have had Jared as my father."

Donna: "I would've too, darling."

They boarded Optimus vehicle form and left.
