Dorothea watched as her boyfriend, Y/n, chatted away with his friends Linhardt and Caspar. She smiled, as she watched him.
"Hey, Dorothea, I see you're distracted again?" Dorothea jumped, as Edelgard tapped her shoulder.
She scoffed. "Edie! Don't scare me like that... And, for the record, I'm not distracted."
Petra turned in her seat. "Dorothea, we all have knowledge about your distraction. Even Bernadetta is noticing."
"Bernie?" Dorothea made the girl jump.
"Y-Yeah, it's noticeable!" Bernadetta turned back to her paper.
"Why don't you tell us what it is you like about Y/n? It might feel nice to talk about him." Edelgard suggested.
Dorothea sighed. "Well, okay... For starters, he always manages to make time for me, even if he has an exam or whatever. His laugh gives me butterflies, and he knows just how to make me laugh. And, his smile... That has got to be my most favourite thing about him..."
"He is seeming like a good boyfriend." Petra smiled.
"Why don't you go sit with him then?" Edelgard asked, looking up from her work.
Dorothea thought. "I don't want to intrude, I mean, he looks happy with his friends."
"If he is as good as you are saying, he will be happier if you are sitting with him!" Petra made a good point.
"Okay, I'll go over there..." Dorothea stood, hesitantly making her way towards Y/n.
Y/n turned his head, smiling at his girlfriend. "Hi, Dorothea."
His smile made blush spread across her cheeks. "Hey, Y/n... Do you mind if I sit here with you?"
He shook his head. "Of course not!" Linhardt and Caspar smirked, moving back a row so the pair could sit together.
"You know, love... I heard everything you said." Y/n laughed.
"You did?! Oh goddess, that is so embarrassing..." Dorothea looked away.
Y/n placed his arm around her shoulder, bringing her closer. "I thought it was cute." He gently pressed his lips against hers.
Caspar let out an 'oooo', and Y/n stuck his middle finger up at him.
Professor Byleth walked into the classroom at that moment. "Oh, get a room."
"Sorry, Professor." Y/n smiled. Byleth shook her head, smiling, as she sat down.
Y/n and Dorothea laughed, and he leaned into her ear.
"I'll be sure to smile more for you, my love..."
