Y/n helps Lo'ak in breathing

Y/N tried her best to stay patient as she sat across from Lo'ak, trying to teach him the breathing techniques that she had learned in her class. But no matter how hard she tried, Lo'ak just seemed to be having trouble getting the hang of it.

"Come on, Lo'ak, you can do this," Y/N said, trying to encourage him. "Just focus on your breath, and try to let go of any distractions or negative thoughts."

But Lo'ak just groaned, throwing his hands up in frustration. "I'm sorry, Y/N, I just can't seem to get it. Maybe this isn't for me."

Y/N couldn't help but feel a flash of anger rise up inside of her. She had been trying to help Lo'ak deal with his breathing techniques , and it felt like he wasn't even trying. But as quickly as it came, her anger dissipated, replaced by a feeling of sadness and concern for her boyfriend.

"Lo'ak, I'm not mad at you," she said softly, reaching out to take his hand. "I just want to see you happy and healthy. If these techniques aren't working for you, maybe we can try something else."

Lo'ak looked up at Y/N, his eyes filled with remorse. "I'm sorry, Y/N," he said. "I didn't mean to get frustrated like that. It's just that everything feels so overwhelming sometimes."

Y/N squeezed his hand, offering him a reassuring smile. "I know, but you're not alone," she said. "We'll figure this out together, okay?"

And with that, she leaned over and gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek. Lo'ak's expression softened, and he let out a small laugh.

"You know, you have an amazing laugh," he said, smiling at Y/N. "It's so contagious. And your smile is just...beautiful. It's like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day."

Y/N felt her face flush with embarrassment at the compliment. "Lo'ak, you're making me blush," she said, laughing nervously.

But Lo'ak just grinned at her, his eyes sparkling with warmth and affection. "Good," he said. "Because you deserve all the happiness in the world, Y/N. And I'll do everything in my power to make sure you get it."

And with that, Y/N felt her heart swell with love and gratitude for her amazing boyfriend. She knew that they might still have their struggles, but as long as they were together, she knew that they could overcome anything.
