I stood on the sidelines, my eyes fixed on the handsome young man attempting to ride the ilu. His name was Lo'ak, and  I was tasked a few days ago with a request. He had always looked fascinated by the majestic creatures that lived in the water, with their shimmering skin and piercing blue eyes, and my parents asked me and my siblings to teach him and his siblings how to ride one. Because he was new and had to learn the way of our people.

At first, I had been hesitant when my parents approached me with this request. I wasn't exactly an expert at riding ilu a myself, and I wasn't sure if I was the right person to teach him. I had only been riding the creatures for a few years myself, and I still had a lot to learn myself.

But Lo'ak was so persistent, and I couldn't help but be drawn to his enthusiasm and his desire to learn. He had always looked so been fascinated by the ilu ,with their shimmering skin and piercing blue eyes, how could you not be impressed by them, and my parents had begged me to teach him how to ride one. They had even offered to pay me for my time and expertise, but I had told them that I would do it for free, just to see the look of excitement on there face.

So I had eventually agreed, hoping that I would be able to spend some quality time with Lo'ak and get to know him better. I had always been attracted to him science he got here, with his piercing yellow eyes and his charming personality, and I had hoped that this would be an opportunity for us to connect on a deeper level. I had no idea what the future held for us, but I was excited to see where things might go. So I agreed to teach him how to ride the ilu

As I watched, Lo'ak struggled to stay on the ilu's back, his face a mixture of determination and frustration. He was clearly trying his best to impress me, but every time he attempted to ride the animal, he ended up falling off in the most comical way. His older brother Netwyam was also watching from the sidelines, and he couldn't seem to contain his laughter at Lo'ak's failed attempt to ride the ilu.

Lo'ak rolled his eyes at his older brother's laughter, but I could tell that he was secretly trying to hold back a smile. Despite his frustration at not being able to ride the ilu a, he couldn't help but find the humor in the situation. He was always so competitive and determined, and he wasn't about to let his older brother get the best of him.

I could see the determination in his eyes as he got up from the water, dusting himself off as he glared at neteyam. "What are you laughing at?" he said to neteyam  in an angry voice, trying to hide his embarrassment.

Neteyam tried to compose himself, but he couldn't help but let out a few more chuckles. "I'm sorry, Lo'ak," he said, trying to hide his smile. "It's just that you look so funny when you fall off the ilu"

Lo'ak let out a sigh, shaking his head as he turned back to the ilu a. "I'll show you funny," he muttered under his breath.

I couldn't help but giggle at the scene in front of me. Despite their sibling rivalry, it was clear that there was a deep love and respect between the two brothers. I could see the bond between them, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth and joy as I watched them interact.

"It's okay, Lo'ak," I said through my giggles. "It takes time to learn how to ride an ilu" I said trying to encourage him "Why don't we try again?"

Lo'ak huffed in frustration, but he eventually agreed. "Fine," he said, determined to prove himself.

We tried again and again, and finally, after what felt like hours of practice, Lo'ak was able to stay on the ilu a for more than a few seconds. When he finally succeeded, we both jumped around in celebration and hugged each other tightly. It was a moment that I would never forget. Despite the many falls and the frustration that came with them, Lo'ak never gave up and continued to try until he finally succeeded. It was a testament to his determination and his desire to impress me. And in the end, he did just that.

Afterwards, we sat down on the grass and talked for hours, getting to know each other better. I found myself falling for Lo'ak more and more as the day went on, and I knew that he felt the same way about me. We talked about everything from our interests and hobbies, to our dreams and goals for the future. I was captivated by Lo'ak's intelligence and his passion for life, and he seemed just as drawn to my sense of humor and my adventurous spirit.

As the sun began to set, we reluctantly said goodbye, knowing that we would have to part ways for now. But as I watched Lo'ak walk away, I knew that this was just the beginning of something special between us. It was a day that I would always remember, filled with laughter, joy, and the feeling of falling in love.
