The Cerberus:
Cerberus are the dogs of the Between-World. They are born in threes and protect humans from invasion by the Weft. They have one primary form (resembling a seven-foot werewolf) and two glamours (human or canine appearance). They are linked to each other by a slight telepathic link and to their partner by an empathic link (they can send or receive their emotions). The Cerberus is made up of special fire magic which they use as a weapon.

Tragedy (Tul): 'Older' brother. Related to Mutulu/Man, he leads the Trio and focuses on mind modification. He is the most intelligent of the Three but has a sensitivity and a tendency to melancholy.

Agony (Ann): Sister, Related to Zia, she is the most stable of the Trio. She considers herself a wolf. Very little empathy with humans or her partner, whom she considers a pet. She is connected to blood magic and the wizard.
