The first week of school went by in a flash. A lot happened this week. I joined the school's cheerleading team, mainly because I lost a bet with Drea. Drea has a crush on Stella. I befriended Rosalia, Roman's sister, who is the co-captain of the cheer squad. Best believe Dominic was not too happy to find out about that.

I was by my locker, trying to fix this cheerleading uniform. I felt so uncomfortable in it. It was a little shorter then I like and a little tight too. Form fitting tight which made me feel even more uncomfortable.

Ms. O'Neil decided to have a little field trip for the students of each of her period. We were going to a wooded park so that we can find some sort of objects that would define physics. I sighed. Why of all days did we have to wear the cheerleading uniform.

Drea and I were walking towards the bus. Ms. O'Neil separated each period and put us on different busses. I was walking towards my bus when I noticed Roman, leaning against the bus, frowning at me. He sized me and gave me a disapproved look, it seemed as if he didn't like what I was wearing.

"Hi partner." I said shyly.

He cocked his head to the side and lifted a brow.

"You comfortable in that?" He asked.

I cleared my throat.

"Honestly...no." I said.

"I figured. That looks a little too short for comfort." He said as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"Well I didn't want to join the squad but I lost a bet with my sister. So here I am." I say with a shrug.

He was still staring at me but said nothing. I started to blush at the intensity of his gaze.

We finally were able to get on the bus; I was walking behind Roman and almost bumped into him when he stopped. He turned and motioned for me to sit by the window. I sat down and he followed. I felt more uncomfortable at how high the uniform rose up. Both of my legs and thighs were exposed...

Fuck this uniform.

I was fidgeting around while trying to bring down the skirt a little bit to at least try and cover more of my thighs, but it didn't work out. I sighed and gave up.

"Here."

I looked at Roman who handed me his jacket. I looked up at him confused.

"Cover yourself." He said.

A wave of understanding hit me and I gently took his jacket and covered myself with it.

"Thanks." I said.

He shrugged and kept his eyes forward.

"I don't understand why they call you a bad guy.." I mumbled.

"Because I am." He said nonchalantly.

"How?" I asked.

He looked down at me, with no emotion in his eyes.

"Just believe it, Dalia." He said.

I felt chills run down my spine when he said my name.

"I'll believe it when I see it....Roman." I said.

His face softened once I said his name. He shook his head and let out a small chuckle.

"Sei un problema (you're trouble)" he said under his breath.

"What?" I asked.

He shook his head "nothing."

The rest of the ride to the park was silent. I wanted to ask him more questions but I didn't want him to be annoyed at my prying, so I decided to drop it.
