"Let's go, Kill!" Amaru shouted after Killian made a sack on the blitz. It was towards the end of the fall season and the team was fighting for the number one spot in the playoffs. The Memphis Rebels were currently ranked second and if they beat the Collierville Wolves then they would be ranked first.

"That's my big brother!" Micah told a stranger who was sitting next to them. Micah was now four and was a little bit more verbal and accepting to other people.

The stranger nodded. "Your big brother has been doing his job all season. You playing football too?"

"No." Micah answered quickly, making the man laugh.

Killian jogged to the sideline as he took his helmet off. He was bleeding from his nose a little bit due to the quarterback's elbow hitting him in his nose through the opening of his face mask, which made Heather panic.

"Amaru!" She exclaimed. "Our baby is bleeding!"

"He alright." Amaru replied as he watched the team mom wipe Killian's nose.

"Amaru, don't piss me off." Heather told him.

Amaru sucked his teeth. "Killian!" He shouted getting his attention. "You good?!" Killian smiled and began to do his little celebration dance that he created, which caused his coaches, teammates, and the crowd to hype him up. Amaru laughed as he looked at Heather who was smiling and shaking her head. "He's good, baby. No worries, aight?"

Heather playfully rolled her eyes. "Okay."

"King!" The offensive coach said a few offensive plays later. "C'mon, little man!"

The coaches noticed Killian's speed and sometimes use him as the running back to give their starter a break. Killian put on his helmet and secured it then put in his mouth piece. He jogged to the huddle then they lined up once they received the play. It was fourth and three and the coach knew Killian would be able to get the job done to get them a new set of downs. The opposing team was down by three and the coaches wanted to run the clock down and get more points on the board.

The quarterback hiked the ball and handed it to Killian. Killian took off to the outside and was able to juke one of the opponents.

"Go, Killian!" Big Mama yelled as she stood up with Jaxon and Kennedi in her arms who were clapping and screaming. They weren't too sure what was going on, but they knew everyone around them were happy.

Killian was near the end zone, but was tackled at the two yard line. He got right back up and had to avoid from celebrating at that moment so he wouldn't get a penalty, but he saw his family acting up and that was the only celebration he needed. Killian enjoyed football and he wanted to do it for a long time.

"My poor baby." Heather said as she placed an ice pack on Killian's nose.

After the game, Killian's nose ended up bruising and Amaru took him to the emergency room to get x-rays just in case it was broken. Luckily, it wasn't and the doctor instructed them to put an ice pack on it for the next couple of days.

"I'll be okay, mommy. It doesn't hurt too bad." Killian assured her.

"I just don't like to see y'all bruised up." Heather told him. "You made me so proud today, papa."

Killian smiled. "I heard y'all yelling—especially Big Mama."

Heather laughed. "Yes, Big Mama was louder than everybody out there."

Amaru entered the kitchen and gave Killian and Heather kisses on their foreheads. "Micah and Jaxon are taking their naps. I'm about to head out to the shop for these appointments. I'll be home by ten."
