──────────────I sat at the edge of my bed, reading a book. Jane sat on a shelf while picking at his nails. I glanced over at him and thought about what he said.
"Why are you still here with them?" Jane asked, hopping off the shelf, "Huh?" I replied.
"Why are you still 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚?" He asked again, "W-Well, because of business I guess." I answered, rubbing the back of my neck.
Jane sat beside me and rubbed my back reassuringly, he sighed.
"I am sorry for yelling at you, (Y/n). I just want you to be careful." Jane said, "No, no, it's okay. I needed it. But..I don't know anymore, I'm just tired of everything." I said, getting under the covers and laying down.
"And it is okay to feel like that. But you can't lose your mind now. Especially while going through this apocalypse. And if you want to survive, please don't lose yourself." Jane said as he laid beside me, I laid across from him.
"I won't. thank you, Jane. For being here, and keeping me sane through this whole thing." I said with a breathy chuckle, "Of course, (Y/n)." He said, and I saw his eyes closing.
I closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep.
"You're going to be okay."
