'Bhutto zinda hai!' shouted Sarmad. Every morning Sarmad would wave his Pakistan People's Party flag and chant this slogan. Everybody had to agree with him otherwise he would not stop.

'Chal lait ja, haan mujhe pata hai zinda hai'. Sir Shah said to Sarmad, as he made Sarmad lie back down in bed. This was surprisingly not Kinza's strangest encounter in the ward. Perhaps the weirdest one she experienced till now was on her call on Friday night when a 6-foot-tall towering transgender had walked past her in the hallway. She had her face covered in white face powder, her face shining through the dim light, and her lipstick over-drawn a dark maroon. Her eyes were lined with dark kohl, as she had only stared at Kinza, her mouth turning into a deep grin.

Later upon asking Kinza found out that the transgenders name was Nazo. Sir Shah had proudly stated her name, thinking of her fondly.

'Aray woh tou Nazo hai, mein usko jaanta hun'. 'Lekin kal tou Friday tha, kal tou uske aanay ka din nahi hota', and then he abruptly stopped noticing Dr. Haris pass by.

Mishal was not going to be in today, she had to get her COVID vaccination done from SIUT (Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplant). It was also the biggest hub of illegal kidney trafficking, but only those that worked there knew that. Imtesal upon hearing frantically packed his bag and decided today was the day we all get our COVID vaccinations done.

'COVID is on the rise!', he exclaimed and everybody followed him to SIUT. SIUT was in a much better state than Civil. Obviously, an institute can get very far when you can sell kidneys of off cadavers too. They walked all the way to SIUT, where Mishal had already had received her vaccination shot, and they met her at the steps.

'Mishal, you're done?!.' 'Chalo haan late hogaya hai lets all go somewhere else, I'll take my car'. said Imtesal as they all grunted and followed him. Throughout their lunch Imtesal kept trying to get Mishal's interest but she did not budge. Talha and Gulrin knew better than to speak to her, otherwise it would just cause Imtesal to throw a jealous fit so they kept to themselves.
