A/N: Hey guys. I'm sorry. It's been a crazy week with finals and everything. Writing is still going to be taking some time. I'm sorry for the wait. But we have over 80 readers! Thank you guys so much for reading! It means the world to me.

I look around in a daze. I am out in the middle of nowhere. In the middle of a cornfield. I look around in confusion, trying to figure out where I am. Suddenly I hear a scream. I recognize that scream. It's Hailey's. I quickly start sprinting towards the sound, praying that I get there before it is too late. I break into a clearing and stop to catch my breath. I look around, hands on my knees.

"Hailey! Hailey! Where are you?!?!" I start running again until I run straight into someone. I stumble, falling to the ground. I quickly stand up again and look at the person. It is Uncle Joey. He is carrying a burlap bag and a shovel. He quickly grabs my wrist and starts walking with me. I don't try to fight him, knowing that he won't hurt me. Something smells bad. We finally stop walking and he pulls me to stand in front of him. I look behind me and see a huge hole. It looks like a grave. I look back at him, confusion in my eyes. Suddenly he pushes me into the hole. I look up just as he throws the bag beside me. I quickly open it and start screaming. Hailey's head is in there.

I jolt awake, sweat making me feel sticky and gross. I look around in confusion. Everything is dark. I start to feel around beside me and feel someone there. I look down quickly and see that it is Hailey. I suddenly remember everything that had happened. I stifle a sob, smacking my hand over my mouth. I look around the room, trying to see everything in the room. I look over at the bed near the door and see someone laying in the bed. It looks like Grace. I quietly get out of the bed and walk over to the person. The person turns over and I can see that it is Grace. I gingerly reach out my hand and touch her shoulder. Her eyes quickly fly open and she jumps up, getting ready to fight. Once she sees that it is only me she calms down.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I just had a nightmare. I'm scared." She smiles at me weakly and pats the bed beside her. I sit down, pulling my knees to my chest and wrapping my arms around them. Grace puts her arm around my shoulder and pulls me closer to her.

"It's ok sweetie. What was the nightmare about?" I take a deep breath, looking over and staring at Hailey as she sleeps.

"I was in a cornfield. I heard Hailey scream and I ran towards the sound. Uncle Joey found me. He had a bag and a shovel. He made me walk with him towards a hole. He pushed me in then threw the bag in. Inside of it was Hailey's head." I start crying softly and Grace wraps both of her arms around me, rubbing my back. We stay like this for a couple of seconds until I calm down.

"It's ok sweetie. It was just a nightmare. That's not going to happen." I pull back, searching her eyes to see if she is lying.

"But what if that does happen? You already saw what he did to Hailey. What if he tries to kill her? What if he does kill her?" Tears start to blur my vision again. Grace puts her hand over mine.

"I promise that he won't hurt her again. Or kill her. He will have to kill me first before he gets to either of you." I smile softly but look down.

"Grace. You can't die. I need you." She gently lifts my chin up to look at her.

"I don't plan to die. I promise. I just want to protect you guys from him. Now, it's still pretty early. Why don't you go back to sleep?" I nod, still looking down. Grace yawns as I stand up, walking towards my bed. It is still made up since I haven't slept in it yet. I look over at Grace to see that she has already laid down again and is starting to fall back asleep. I pull back the covers and lay in bed, willing the nightmares to stay away. I slowly fall back asleep, dreaming of seeing my parents again.
