Unforeseen (Reginarda/Darlentina AU)

Narda watched Regina's car drove off from her place.

That was around 15 minutes ago, nasa couch na siya ngayon and is staring at her tv na naka off naman.

She took a deep breath and stood sabay naglakad to where they had their short meal together.

Memories of them together came flashing into her, simula nung high school palang sila hanggang sa ngayon.

"ARRGHHHH!!!!!" she yelled kasabay ng pagtapon niya ng mga plato at basong nasa table lang kanina.

Her emotions. She tried so hard to hide the pain and pretended like it did not hurt her, but it really did.

Hindi na niya napigilan pa ang mga luha na pumatak mula sa mga mata niya, she sat on her floor, even with broken plates and glasses all around her.

She then recalled her conversation with Brian.

Flashback

"she's your what?" she asked in disbelief.

"she's my ex-girlfriend." he said.

"I'm sorry, what? ginagago mo ba ako Brian?" she asked as she stood and yet Brian just laughed.

"hindi Narda.. ex ko talaga si Regina, a crazy one." he said.

"anong ibig mong sabihin?" she asked as she walked towards Brian.

"upo tayo, iku-kwento ko sa'yo." he said sabay umupo sa chair na nasa harap ng table ni Narda, she also did the same since dalawa ang magkaharap na upuan na nasa office niya.

"Regina Vanguardia." Brian started.

"everyone in town halos kilala siya. lahat humahanga sa ganda, talino and her big heart for the people." he followed.

"isa ako sa mga taong humanga sa kanya.. I tried my luck, I pursued her." Narda just listened to his words.

"later on, swerte nga ako kasi nagustuhan at minahal niya din ako." her heart started to hurt by the fact na walang kinwento si Regina tungkol dito.

She recalled how the girl told her na hinintay siya nito only to find out na she was indeed in a relationship with someone na hindi nito sinabi sa kanya.

"but, as I got to know her. nalaman kong palabas lang pala ang lahat." he said that made Narda look at him sabay taas ng kalawang kilay niya.

"she's not the oh-so-great Regina Vanguardia people see she is. marami siyang insecurities, she's a control freak, ayaw niyang lumalabas ako with my friends, kahit alam niyang pagod ako kailangan ko siyang puntahan pa din and be with her, she wants me to cook for her, she sees me as someone she owns, someone she can control. she wants all my attention na nasa kanya lang. she gets jealous so easily and well, I still stayed, coz I loved her. pero napapagod din talaga ang tao, when I broke up with her, she told me na she won't let anyone be with me kung hindi siya." he said tas nag chuckle pa.

"d ko naman alam na gagawin niyang way is to actually court that person." he said at tinignan si Narda.

Narda tried her best to digest everything that he said. Hindi siya makapaniwalang ganun nga si Regina.

She's known the woman for so long pero matagal din silang hindi nagkita, possible na talagang may changes, pero she still cannot fathom that Regina changed that way.

"Narda, nililigawan ka lang ni Regina para bumalik ako sa kanya. All the things she's shown you were lies, walang totoo sa mga 'yun. She does not actually have feelings for you. She's obsessed with me." he said as he tried to reach for Narda's hand.
