Part 19

Ayena kept glancing at the door which remained closed for two hours. She was worried. She knocked many times. But Afaq told her that he wanted to be alone. She knew that there was something definitely wrong but what was it? The last time when he had closed the door Ayena had to leave the house.

Was it because of the college meeting or was it because of the new neighbour? Ayena thought . Their shocked expressions didn't go unnoticed by Ayena.

The door opened suddenly and Afaq didn't have good expression. Ayena went near him,hugged him and whispered,

"Everything will be alright."

Afaq's expression suddenly changed and he asked softly, "How do you know something is wrong?"

Ayena just hugged him tighter and didn't give him any reply. She was scared to reply. She was scared if her reply would bring another storm into their relation. But little did she know that the storm had already hit their door and she was the one to invite it inside!

Afaq too held her tightly but his heart was somewhere else. The past! The memories of the past were suffocating him. He wanted to tell everything to Ayena but he didn't have the courage to tell her and break her heart again. Maybe this time he will lose her forever.

"You should have seen his face. Damn! I just enjoy troubling him." Hamza was laughing hysterically.

Rumi just rolled her eyes at him," I don't know why do you hate him so much. He is such a good person and till date I am suffering for cheating him.".

Hamza pulled Rumi's hairs and said angrily,

"Hahahah what do you think I married you because I love you? I just did so that Afaq gets heartbroken. I wanted to see him broken and it was possible only when I snatched the love of his life from him, His Rumi became My Rumi."
