You were absorbed in your own thoughts.

Your brain replayed the same scene over and over again.

Everything was gone.

Maybe your even your mother's sanity included.

.

You woke up in a cold sweat, clutching whatever you were sitting on. It was an...orange sofa? You wiped you eyes and got up, arms and back uncomfortably sore.

"...Huh?"

You looked around with your eyes. You weren't even in your room. "Am I in someone else's house?"

There was an uncomfortable silence. Slowly, you rose up and walked around. It looked like a normal house, nothing really out of the ordinary. Just unfamiliar.

There, on the other end of the room was a kitchen, with a few cooking utensils scattered around. Sunlight leaked into the room through the curtains. The house felt somewhat welcoming.

It was a little too bright for your liking. There were a few dolls on the ground, but the house was relatively clean otherwise, so you didn't mind.

"...Anyone here?" You called out, but your voice only echoed throughout the room. You walked over to the kitchen, and spotted a small bowl with a sticky note attached to it. It had a floral pattern on it, it looked quite pretty.

Hello.

You're probably confused.
We took you in for the night because I saw you
wandering around cluelessly around our house, and because of the number of injuries there were on your arms.

Here is some curry.

The handwriting was suspiciously neat. But that was it. A bowl of curry, and a sticky note asking you to wait. Very, very not suspicious at all.

Helpful.

You sighed. You weren't really hungry, and extremely confused on top of that. There was a high chance you probably ran away from home on impulse. Were you in a new neighbourhood, you didn't remember.

What had happened last night again?

In the corner of you eye, you saw something very suspicious. It was a strange looking sceptre. A trident. It was gold in color.

There was a small seal on the middle of it, and there were multiple yellow rings attached to it.

You immediately recognized what it was.

"N-No... This can't be..." You backed away from the artefact.

'It could be just a cosplayer's...?'

You looked around frantically and noticed something in the room you didn't see before.

Beside the sofa was a small, wooden table. On it was a portrait of three people. You tread cautiously toward it and as soon as you saw it...

Your eyes widened in horror.

In that frame was a picture of Kou, Tiara, and Teru. A picture of them from when they were younger. You froze in shock.

"But... how's it even possible..." You whispered to yourself. There was no picture that looked like that in any of TBHK's official art, yet it didn't look like it would be fanart either. It looked real. It felt real. Strangely weird, but familiar all the same.

You've only ever read stories about characters travelling to other worlds, or dimensions. Not yet recovered from the shock, you shakily were about to pull your phone out.

slash. Pain surged through your arm.

Something formed on your arms. You dropped your phone on the ground and tried wiping it away, but the red ink seemed to not go away. Slowly, it formed what seemed like letters.

I'll be seeing you soon,
My love.

Love?

Love?!

You then felt your arm burn. You felt your forehead turn hot, fingers turning numb. On the hard, wooden floor you collapsed as everything changed colors until all objects in your sight blurred.

You've never felt so confused, angry, and scared all at once.
