LONG CHAPTER!

I'm honestly surprised I had the motivation to actually write the chapter (I know, so great, two uploads in a week haha-)

This chapter will sound random and probably out of place just to make that clear.

Thanks for reading this short message. Lots of long paragraphs. Happy reading lol <3

Hanako-san, Hanako-san, Hanako-san of the toilet.

Just a lonely ghost residing in Kamome Gakuen. A school where it is said there are seven mysteries, each different and unique. He was the head of them all. The rumour, the wish-granting Hanako-san of the bathroom.

The ghost hummed a sad tune that echoed throughout the dark night. The view from the rooftop wasn't the best. He did find it memorable all the same and whenever he felt a little lonely or even empty inside, he just sat on the rooftop. Gazing at the sky, the thousands of buildings from where you were.

Just a beautiful array of colors that stretched in the sky. Nostalgic and familiar all at once.

If only he had someone he could share this view with.

Doing this was Hanako's favourite pastime. No matter how he ached whenever gazing at the moon, something just drew him to look at it every once in a while. The moon was just magical in nature, captivating everything and everyone, dead or alive. Normally he would think of nothing while sitting on this rooftop. Only the sense of peace and tranquility would come across his mind, but he now had something to think about and he wasn't sure whether it was a good thing or not.

When he first eavesdropped on that girl and the exorcist come into the school, he questioned her reason for staying in the school. She wasn't really special. Just a student, or a possible danger, attending the school. But that was about it.

That's what he thought.

A little after looking at her features that time, he noticed something a little odd about her. The way she fidgeted with her bandages. How she so often looked to the side, hands dry and bruised. That almost annoyed look on her face whenever someone spoke to her, although it didn't seem like she despised it.

Though she was still living. She was still human.

She could have a second chance, do so much more in life than just stare at the ground and want to disappear. She had a future. That was the one thing that separated supernaturals from normal human beings.

Both supernaturals and humans are incapable of changing their past, but the living can still change for the better. For a better life later on.

Hanako was just a lonely ghost fixated on his past. Working to pay for his sins by protecting this school as the seventh wonder. Maybe, just maybe, there was more of a price to pay than Hanako thought.

Was this the girl God had asked him to guide?

After school. 3:32 pm.

You formed your hand into a fist to knock on the door in front of you. It was the infamous art room where Shijima Mei would normally be in, but today, you weren't here to see that ghost. You came to speak to the head of the art club and ask her if you could have access to the school's art supplies.
