Rachels pov :
I pulled up to Finns drive way , got on my car and knocked on the door. The door opened and it was Burt . "Hi Burt. " I said. "Rachel , Finns not ... " "I know . I was actually hoping I could talk to you and Carol. " I told him. "Okay come on in . " He said . I walked in and Burt said , "Carol come here . " she then walked out and said, "What.... " she looked at me "Hi Rachel. " She tensed up. "What are you doing here? " She asked me. "I was hoping maybe we could sit down and talk . " I said. "Okay lets talk. " She said rudley and gestered to the couch. We all sat down and then Carol said , "Okay what do you have to say. " I took a deep breath and said , "Carol , Burt , I just wanted to say that I know that you're both upset that Finn and I are having a baby .... " Suddenly she interrupted me , "Now hold it right there yes we are very upset that you are pregnant and that Finn got you pregnant. But do you realize that by having this baby and by keeping this baby you are ruining both of your lives ." She told me . "Carol. " Burt said . "No Burt she wanted to talk so were talking. " She said . "Carol you know I used to look up to you because you raised your son to be a great man and I can only hope that I am half of a great mom to our daughter as you are . But to say that we're not ready thats not the truth because from the moment we saw that baby Finn and I knew we were ready to be parents. " I told her. I sighed and said , "I didn't come her to fight with you or to ask for your forgiveness because I don't have anything to apoligize for. I came here because I want you and Burt to be apart of Finns and I's babys life . I want you to be able to be apart of your grand daughters life because my dads aren't , and I wish they were . Carol from mother to mother I know you'll do the right thing." I said. She sighed and said , "I think you should leave . " She told me and then I went into my purse and took out a sonogram photo , "Here . " I said taking it . "Whats this . " She asked me . I smiled , "A picture of your grand daughter. " I told her and then grabbed my coat and left .
