Finns pov :
I walked into the choir room and saw Rachel in her graduation gown . I smiled and kissed her passionatly and said, "Hey Beautiful. " She smiled and said , "Hi handsome. " She then froze and held her stomach. "Hey you okay? " I asked. "Yeah I'm fine the baby was just kicking thats all." She said. "Okay well I'll meet you out there okay. " I said. "Okay . " She said . I then kissed her on the cheek and then left .
Rachels pov :
Ouch . I thought as I was talking to Finn . "Hey you okay? " He asked me. I didn't want him to find out about what was happening so I lied and said , "I'm okay the baby just kicked me thats all. " I said. "Okay I'll see you out there. " he told me and kissed me on the cheek and left. Suddenly it happened again except this time the pain was stronger. Oh no its time I thought. Santana then came up to me and said, "Rachel its time to go . " Santana said. "Okay, I'll be there in a minute. " I said holding my stomach. "Rach , you okay?" She asked concerned. "Yeah I'm fine . " I told her . "No you're not. " She said. I took a deep breath and then another contraction came . "OUCH!" I yelled. "Oh my god are you in labor!" She yelled. "Shut up!" I whispered. "A. Yes I'm in labor . B. You can't tell Finn . " I told her . "Rachel you're in labor . " She told me . "Yes I realize that but I can't miss graduation. I've waited 9 months for this baby to come and it can wait five minutes for me to get my diploma. " I told her . "Rachel I don't think that's possible. " She told me . "I don't care Santana. Look my contractions are about 1 and a half minutes apart I'll be fine . " I told her . She gave me a look then finally gave in . "Fine , but you have to tell Finn . " She said. "I will. " I told her and then we went out into the hallway. "Ready?" Finn asked . "Ready as I'll ever be. " I told him and with that we went to the auditorium.
"Ladies and gentlemen our valadictorian , Rachel Berry. " Principal Figgins said. I smiled as everyone clapped for me and said, "Today isn't the end of our journey its just the beginning of a new one . As I stand here in front of everyone I can see how much I've grown and evolved into the person I am today. " I held my stomach trying to hide the pain , "Sorry , if it weren't for.... if it weren't for the people in my life that have made me better I wouldn't be who I am today . I am so greatful that I.... " this time it was for real . "Um sorry it's just that I'm kind of in labor right now so if you can excuse me I better go . " I said. I then waddled off the stage just as Figgins gave me my diploma and then Finn rushed over . "Are you serious, you're in labor . " Finn said . "Yup and this baby ain't going to wait . " I told him and then we rushed out off to the car .
