Finns pov :
I was at Rachels house sitting in the kitchen with Rachel trying to figure out what we would say to Lily. "I don't know what to do Finn I've tried to talk to her but she just shuts me out everytime I see her . I don't think she trust me anymore . " She told me . "Rachel , Lily loves you you're her mom she's just is probably so confused about everything . " I told her . "Maybe I should try to talk to her again . " She said. "No I think what we need to do is let her come to us and then we'll take it from there. " I said. "I'm the worst parent in the world. " She told me . "No I think I won that award a long time ago and the worst husband award to. " I said. "Thats not true , you were an amazing husband and you stood by me when I got pregnant. " I said. "But I ended up leaving you. " I said. "Only because I pushed you away. " I said . "Are you kidding me , you saved me Rachel if it weren't for you , I wouldn't of stop drinking and got my act together . " I said. She smiled slightly and then said , "Why didn't you call me after you got out of rehab?" She asked me . "I didn't think you wanted to be with me and you said you hated me . " I told her . "I was upset that you were leaving for the army I thought that if I told you that I hated you, it would be easier to let go . " She said. "Was it ? " I asked her. "At first it hurt alot but then I realized that you had to do it for Lily and I . I prayed every night that I would just wake up one morning and you be there but then I stopped praying. " She said . "I'm sorry I left you. " I told her. "I know , but it was for the best. " She said . We then heard footsteps and then Lily came into the kitchen sat down and said , "I wanna know everything no lies just tell me the truth . " She said. "What do you want to know ?" Rachel ask. "Everything from the beginning to why Finn left. " She said. I looked at Rachel and she said , "Okay so it all started sophomore year when I met your dad..... " 30 minutes later after she had explained everything, "Your dad and I decided it would be for the best if we just got a divorce and then when you were older I would tell you and then if you wanted to you could find him. " She told her. Lily turned to me , "So your my dad? " She asked . "Yeah , I'm your dad. " I told her . "So should I start calling you dad?" She asked me. "If you want . " I said. "Okay. " She said . "Are we okay ?" I asked her. "Yeah we're okay. " She told me and gave me a hug . She then turned to Rachel and hugged her tightly , "I love you mom. " She said.
