She still felt terrible, but surprisingly better than she was just a moment ago, the coldness has left her and was now replaced with warmth. Weiss tries to open her eyes only to close it again due to the brightness of the mid day sun, it wasn't too bright due to the clouds mostly covering the sun but it was enough to make her shield her eyes with her hands.

She was still a bit dizzy but Weiss decided to stand up to look around and find out exactly where she was.

"Where exactly am I?"

Weiss inspected her surroundings, she was in a middle of a field full of dead trees and rocks, there was also pieces of what looked liked debris from dilapidated buildings but otherwise it was almost empty.

"This doesn't look like anywhere near beacon.." She hoped it wasn't, after all last time she saw beacon was when it was being attacked by a horde of Grimm, the Idea that this was all that remained of beacon or Vale was horrifying.  The more she looked around the more she noticed that this was no ordinary clearing, it's as if the very land itself was burned to the ground and all that remained was a wounded area that never seemed to heal.

Speaking of wounds, Weiss quickly inspected her chest area to inspect the fatal wound that had killed her just moments ago, but she found nothing, only a scar is what greeted her hands. "That's.....odd, just what exactly is going on? Did I heal myself with my aura?" That's when it hit her, she had experienced aura depletion before,  no matter how low your aura is, you will still be able to feel even a little bit of it. But right now, Weiss couldn't feel even a hint of it, it was as if she hadn't even unlocked it.

"W-where's my Aura?!" Weiss was beginning to panic, without aura, she won't be able to use her semblance not to mention she would be utterly defenseless, she doesn't even know where Myrtenaster is.

"RUBY!! YANG!! BLAKE!!....ANYONE!! .....please.." Weiss waited for a moment, hoping that someone might hear her cries for help but  no one answered, she wanted to cry more but decided that now was not the best time.  She was going to try shouting  again but stopped herself as she realized that she could attract the bad kind of attention, she also needed to calm herself down in order to not attract Grimm.  "Okay Weiss, you have to calm down if you want to survive this, civilization can't be too far away."

"If I keep walking towards a direction, I should be able to run into a village even if this is outside the kingdoms" Weiss decided to stand up and start walking towards a direction she picked while being as quiet as possible as to not attract the grimm.

Weiss has been walking for almost three hours now but there was still no sign of life, just more dead trees and dilapidated structures, Weiss knew rocks weren't alive but they were also starting to look dead. "Whatever happened here must have been horrible, everything looks dead.."

Everything was starting to look the same to Weiss the longer she walked, which is why when something different entered her field of view, it immediately caught her attention. A pile of yellow barrels on a small pool of water near a boulder and a broken car can be seen in the distance.  Weiss approached the barrels out of curiosity but not too close as she was still cautious of them. Weiss noticed that there was a small container on top of the barrels, thinking that she may be able to use whatever is in it, she began to slowly get closer to the barrels.

"Someone must have left these here, maybe they're still nearby?" Weiss asked herself as she opened the small box, the box contained a security baton and a box of .38 round bullets.

"A baton? Ill take any protection I can get I guess."

She inspects the bullets she found but she couldn't recognize the brand or what kind they were. "Hmmm, I don't recognize these bullets, what type of dust are in them I wonder?"
