The moon was full, there was no doubt about it. It was wasn't broken, there weren't any pieces floating in its vicinity, there wasn't even a single crack on it. Weiss looked at it from different angles trying to figure out if it was some sort of optical illusion.

It couldn't be, there was just no way, Remnant had only one moon no matter which part of the world you were from, unless of course...

"Oh gods....I'm not on Remnant anymore am I?" Weiss sat down on the ground then laid flat on her back and stared at the sky; eyes wide open from the shock of the realization.

Was this what happened to others when they died? Was there some sort of reason why she was here? Is there a way back? So many questions plagued Weiss's mind, she wanted answers to every single one of them but perhaps the one question that she wanted to be answered the most was...

"Will I ever get to see my friends again?"

Weiss knew what loneliness was, she had felt it all her life, her family lived in one house but they might as be strangers to one another, even her sister who she loved so much; left her at home, she understood why of course, but that didn't stop her from feeling the isolation. Those feelings of being alone stopped when she found friends at beacon, Yang, Blake and Ruby, these three people were supposed to just be her team mates, people you just needed to work with to succeed, but somewhere along the way, Weiss began to think of them as her friends, sisters, her family.

Weiss began to cry, she was gritting her teeth and covering her eyes with her forearms, audible sobs were beginning to escape her mouth. The realization that she would never be able to see her friends again was too much for her to bear, for the first time in a long time, she felt alone once again.

Weiss didn't care if anything heard her anymore, she would deal with it when it came, she wanted to cry, she needed to cry. So she cried, loud sobs at first but as she continued to cry she became quieter and quieter until her tears stopped and she was no longer conscious, The heiress had fallen asleep.

The next morning after Weiss had cried herself to sleep, her eyes were in pain and swollen from all the crying, her voice was also a bit hoars from all her sobbing, she was rested since she was asleep for quite a while but she still felt awful.

"Looks like it wasn't a dream, I really am stuck here." The heiress said as she looked at the barren wasteland around her. The direction she was walking towards was still empty with no signs of life, who know how far she would have to walk in order to reach anything if there was something to reach for that matter.

"what's the point?.....this isn't Remnant and there's no guarantee I'll even get anywhere......"

Weiss sighed as she sat down and stared at the ground.

"I'm tired and hungry, I can barely protect my self from whatever is out there....what's the point of doing anything?..."

Weiss was losing hope as she buried her face in her knees, she was tired and hope was in short supply, all of this was beginning to become too hard for Weiss, Weiss had no idea what to do, she didn't even know if she wanted to do anything so she began to do the only thing she was capable of doing at the moment, Weiss began to think....

She thought of home, not her mansion on Atlas, but her real home, with the people she loved. She began to remember all the good times, team JNPR who had become her close friends outside her own team, her elder sister who was her role model and protector, the crazy and energetic blonde she had considered her second big sister, her quiet and brooding friend who reads books with her all the time, and of course the little ball of sunshine she knew to be her best friend...

When she thought back on her friends smiling faces, she began to stand, when she thought back on her beloved sister, she grabbed her bag, and when she thought back on her best friend....
