Weiss Schnee: Commonwealth Minuteman (RWBY x Fallout 4)

Chapter 8- A Huntress's rage

Its not like Weiss never knew what anger felt like, she felt it all the time, every time her father was involved, she felt it every time she saw her mother drown herself in alcohol, she felt it every time the white fang were mentioned, she felt it when Winter left her, and she felt it when her school came crumbling down.

The heiress was familiar with anger and irritation, one might say that it used to be somewhat of a core aspect of her personality. However this time was a little different.

This was not anger, irritation nor frustration, this was rage, pure and simple.  Weiss's usual analytic mind during combat has taken a step back in favor of animalistic instinct to destroy her enemies.

Weiss sprints towards one of the raiders and cut his arm right off him and decapitating him after. A few of the raiders were able to fire of their weaponry at here but the bullets simply scratched her and bounced off her skin, Weiss's aura was back, allowing her to perform superhuman feats and generate a shield, but Weiss would not know that since all she cared about at the moment was taking out all the raiders in front of her.

The Heiress sprinted again towards the nearest raider and took them out with a clean stab to the throat. Another one was taken out with a stab through the abdomen, one of the raiders decided to make a run for it but unfortunately Weiss threw her machete at him and it went through his chest. 

After pulling her Machete out from the raider's corpse, she the killed the remaining raiders one by one until only one of them was left, the man who shot her dear friend Mary. The man was in shock, he had never seen someone move that fast,  he quickly realized that this was someone who he could not beat, this left him with only one choice, he tried to bargain with the white haired girl in front of him   " W-wait please don't kill me, we can talk about this I can..."  But before he could finish his sentence a blade had already reached his mouth and cut off his tongue.

Weiss saw as the man stumbled backwards and and screamed as he clutched his bloody mouth, still blinded by her rage; Weiss kicked him to the ground and started stabbing his torso over and over again letting scream out before finally beheading him putting him out of his misery.

By the end of it all Weiss stumbled back started breathing heavily out of exhaustion as if she had ran for miles without stopping. Around her were bodies of raiders that she had dismembered out of rage. She felt like she was going to collapse, she had never felt so tired in her life, not even when she was about to die because of some overgrown lizard, it was taking everything she had to keep her feet from under her. She looked back at her friend's body and started walking towards her and her family who was huddled around her trying to treat the wound. 

She hadn't known her for too long but it felt like they bonded really quickly, too quickly in fact it felt like her heart was about to burst. She felt like she was going to throw up as she looked at her lifeless body. 

She blamed herself of course, maybe if she had just killed that raider in the first place, then this would not have happened. She should have realized sooner that the Ideals of heroism and justice that she carried from remnant simply just doesn't apply to this world, this world was cruel, it was no place for naive people like Weiss, it was no place for people like Mary.

She must have been staring at her corpse for a while since no matter how much Connie and Lucy called out to her she, would not budge. The next thing Weiss knew; a slap from lucy had woken her up from her thousand yard stare, it surprised Weiss at first but she quickly came to the realization that she blamed her too. "Why wouldn't they?"  Weiss thought to her self as she prepared herself for the incoming beratements.

"Weiss, snap out of it ! Mary is still alive!!"  

This statement quickly got Weiss out of her depressed state. She quickly kneeled down to inspect her friend's face, it was horrible , her right eye was covered in blood but to her surprise it was no longer bleeding and  most of all she was breathing.
