Too close to be just a friend

You are waiting for Sadie in the living room. Sadie is out with one friend from her childhood. You haven't seen that friend yet. Technically you don't know anything about him

Sadie is gone for a good four hours. It's already a few minutes past ten and you are getting a little worried

In a minute sharp lights get into your house. You get up and look outside. You see a nice black car. Someone in a sweatshirt gets out of the car, goes to the other side to open the door and offers his hand

Sadie gets out of the car with her hand in his. Then she hugs him. It doesn't seem like a friendly hug. They stand there for a really long time. After they pull out Sadie kisses him on the cheek and goes to the front door. He watches her before gets into the car again and drives to his house

"Hi Y/n" Sadie says in the hall as she takes her shoes off

You go to her and try to stay calm

"Hi.." you say

She looks at you because of that tone you made. She gets closer to you and leans forward to your face

"Are youu...jealous?" She says really close to you

"No...Of course not" you say and go upstairs to your bed

You are already in your pyjamas so you just put your phone beside your bed and lay down. You hear Sadie taking her pyjamas and going to the shower but you don't care. You fall asleep before she can get out of the bathroom so she sees just your lying body in the bed

You wake up early so you go downstairs without waking up Sadie. You go to the fridge for some breakfast but before you can open it you see the same black car as yesterday. Boy getting out of the car and going to your front door. You don't want to wake up Sadie so you go to the door and open it

"Hello" you say catching him in surprise

"Uh...hello" he answers

"I just-..Sadie forgot her jacket yesterday in my car" he says and gives the jacket to you

"Okay, thanks" you say and take the jacket. Before he can say anything you close the door and hang the jacket

You go back to the living room and sit on the couch. You pick up your phone and wait for Sadie to wake up

Sadie's Pov

I wake up in the cold and empty bed. I sit up and look around. Y/n and her phone are gone so she must be downstairs. I pick up my phone and see a notification

Good morning Sadie
I just was at your home
to return your jacket but
Y/n opened the door.
I was thinking if you want
to go out with me and bring
Y/n with you

This message stops me. Did so many things really happen while i was sleeping?

Back to 3rd person

Sadie gets up from the bed and goes downstairs to find you. You hear Sadie on the stairs so you look up

"Hi Y/n" says Sadie still a little tired

"Your friend was here" you say as you look back at the phone

Sadie frowns and then remembers that message. She goes to you and takes your phone away from you

"Heyy" you say in a mad voice

Sadie raises her eyebrows in surprise at your behaviour. You sigh and try to get your phone back but Sadie puts it on the table far enough from you, climbs on top of you and cuddles up with you
