Chapter 28- Tragic losses

Third Person:

It was the last class of the day. Everyone would go back to dorms after it was over.

Vlad King was finishing the last of what he was saying and then he began to talk about something else.

Vlad King: Since that's now out of the way, I have to tell you all something. UA has decided to help advertise a public gardening event that's happening town square. If any of you want to receive extra credit, you guys have to participate. The event will last from the evening until your curfew. Then you will all return back to dorms, okay? There is a pile of flyers on a desk in the hallway here if you're interested.

The final bell rings, ending the day.

Vlad King: Alright. You guys can leave now.

Everyone got up, gathered their things, and left. Some students grabbed a flyer. Some walked past them or didn't pick one up. Midoriya was one of the students who picked up a flyer.

He read it while walking back to dorms.

Maybe I should go to clear my mind up about the OFA situation.

Midoriya arrived and went to his room. He decided to go because why not.

After an hour passed he got ready and left. While he was walking he heard a voice in the distance behind him.

Uraraka: Hey! Deku!

Midoriya: Hey Uraraka... are you going to the park event too?

Uraraka: Yeah... I really want to get that extra credit.

Midoriya: Same. Plus I just think it'll be fun! I'm on my way to a bus stop. Wanna come with me?

Uraraka: Sure!

Midoriya and Uraraka walked to a bus stop. Midoriya and Uraraka sat on to bench nearby, waiting.

Uraraka: Hey Deku...

Midoriya: Yes?

Uraraka: Do you remember what you said before winter break? About me killing someone and the security cameras?

Midoriya: Yeah why?

Uraraka: Did you turn them off?

Midoriya: That's an interesting assumption.

Uraraka: Assumption...?

Midoriya: Give me reason why I would hide the fact that you're a criminal who deserves to be locked up in prison for murdering people for no real reason besides your concerning and absolutely disgusting attraction towards me?

Uraraka: I... uhm...

Midoriya: I'll wait.

Uraraka:...

Uraraka couldn't say anything. Soon their bus arrived.

Midoriya: I'll keep waiting, let's go.

The two stood up and entered the bus. They sat down next to each other.

The ride was silent. Uraraka couldn't find it in herself to answer Midoriya's question. She couldn't say anything at all.

The two arrived at the event and looked at the park. There were a couple of UA students they didn't recognize and there were adults and other kids and even some pro heroes.
