Chapter 9- One for each

Third Person:

News reporter: And now for the sudden yet surprising and scary news about this weekend. A female teen named Akane Mizunami was found dead in her bedroom. Her parents said that when they found her body, it looked like she was slit across the throat so her screams were muffled and her back was stabbed. Another incident involving a teenager happened this weekend this time involving a male teen named Kēki Pastel went missing at his grandmother's friend's house. After being shown around town he went outside to take a phone call but never returned. Some believe this is the work of the UA killer. If you know anything, please report any information to us.

Akane died? Midoriya was watching the news on his phone. He just found out about Akane. I feel bad for her. But at least Kēki is gone.

It was Monday evening. The new dorm building hasn't been finished yet so Midoriya was home with his mom. After eating he went to room and fell asleep.

While everyone was talking to their friends, Midoriya was in the corner of the room talking to Midoriya. They were whispering, to be clear.

Todoroki: It seems the UA killer has targeted students out of UA. I wonder why.

Wait- did Ochaco kill Akane? Did she see our conversation?!

Midoriya: I don't think it was her...

Todoroki: What do you mean Midoriya? Who else could it be?

Midoriya: I don't know... but there's something telling me that Uraraka didn't have anything to do with the incidents this weekend. How could I know her family friend's grandchild? Plus I've never met Mizunami before.

Todoroki: Fair point. But I still have my suspicions. That reminds me; Are you ready to expose her yet?

Midoriya: Uh- no.

Todoroki: No?

Midoriya: Yeah. I'm still not ready...

Todoroki: Alright. But remember what I said.

Todoroki: I won't tell anyone about her yet. But if she kills anyone else don't expect me to be quiet.

I don't remember.

Midoriya: I remember.

I'm such a bad liar.

Midoriya: Let's sit down now.

Todoroki: Okay.

The two went to their seats and class shortly began.

After it was over, it was time for lunch. Midoriya went to the cafeteria and got some food. He sat down with a few of his friends and ate his food. While he was throwing out his food he was approached by a girl. Not a good thing.

Girl: Hey you're the missing boy.

Is that really how everyone knows me?!

Midoriya: Yeah. Who're you?

Ahime: I'm Ahime. It's nice to meet you. I just wanted to see if you're okay.

Midoriya: I'm fine. Are you in general studies.

Ahime: Yes! I'm a second year.

Midoriya: Oh. I'm still a first year.

Ahime: I know.

Midoriya: Wait- if you're a second year, how are you here for lunch?

Ahime: My cousin is a first year in general studies. I was dropping something off to them.

Midoriya: Oh. That's kind of you.

Ahime: ありがと

Midoriya: You're welcome.

Ahime: Well it was nice talking to you. See you around.

They wave to each other and Diva leaves.

That girl is dead. Well, I wonder how Uraraka's going to get rid of her.

Midoriya turns around and gasps. Uraraka was about to trip when suddenly, someone caught her. It was a boy from general studies.

Uraraka: Uh... thank you.

Boy: Y-you're welcome. You should be more careful.

Uraraka: Thanks.

Boy: Uh... what's your name?

Uraraka: I'm Ochaco Uraraka. You?

Chikara: I'm Shar Chikara. Are you in the hero course?

Uraraka: Yep.

Chikara: Well, it's nice to meet you.

Uraraka: Same.

The bell then rings.

Uraraka: I'll see you around.

Chikara: Same.
