Chapter 38- Sad memory

Third Person:

As one last favor, Midoriya asked if he could borrow an invention of Mei's. She rejected at first but after enough convincing, she let him borrow it.

Sero was Mei's invention. Thanks to her, nobody in class a really suspects that their is a murderer.

What was the point of Sero being there? To see if Boca would change her plans. Clearly, she didn't.

It was Saturday, the second and last day of the sports event. Everyone was hyped. So far, UA and Shiketsu were tied. Uraraka was in the middle of her check in when she suddenly heard a girl running towards her.

Uraraka: Hey!

The girl gasped and stopped.

Uraraka: Be careful! There's thousands of people on the bleachers.

Girl: Sorry. Do you know where Aojī is?

It's probably her friend.

Uraraka: Nope! Sorry. Who are you?

Okuji: I'm Okuji. Someone named Mrs. Hana said that Aojī was supposed to be here.

Uraraka: She isn't, sorry.

Okuji sighed and walked away.

Who even is she?

Uraraka shrugged it off and continued her job. Once she was done, she sat down and took a break.

While she was relaxing someone walked up to her. It was Yaoyorozu.

Uraraka: Momo!

Yaoyorozu: We never got to finish talking.

Uraraka: Yeah.

Yaoyorozu: I still believe that Midoriya is the UA killer.

Uraraka nodded.

Yaoyorozu: The other day I had a conversation with him. I asked him if he knew what happened on the Field Trip. He claimed he knew nothing, but there was an odd detail he mentioned.

Uraraka: What did he say?

Yaoyorozu: He mentioned that Kanaki was holding the weapon. From everyone who was interviewed's description of what happened, Yuta said he killed Kanaki, and never mentioned a chainsaw.

Uraraka: ...H-How do you know that?

Yaoyorozu: I asked the students what they reported, and thanks to my dad, I was able to get access to some of the notes that had what the students said exactly. I checked Midoriya's and he never mentioned anything about a chainsaw there.

Uraraka:...

Uraraka's POV:

I exited the bathroom but I didn't see Midoriya or Yuta.

Where did they go?

I saw them walking together from somewhere. They both no longer had blood on them.

Uraraka: Where did you two go?

Yuta: I took Midoriya to a river to get cleaned.

Uraraka: Oh. Uhh... the police said that it'll take a while for them to get here since we're in the mountains.

Midoriya: I see. We should tell everyone at the group.

Uraraka: Right.

We all went to the group. For some reason, when we joined them, none of us could speak.
